I recently stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites Orlando Airport and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The first room I was assigned had a strong, lingering odor of cigarette smoke—so intense it seemed like someone had been living there as a long-term smoker. I requested a different room, and while the second was slightly better, it still didn’t meet the standard of cleanliness and freshness I expect when traveling. The staff was courteous during the room change, but the overall condition of the accommodations suggests a need for more consistent upkeep and attention to air quality. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving the guest experience.
