This facility could use an upgrade to accommodate modern technology and new furniture. The person on staff attending attempted to help but kept locking the door seemingly to sleep.

Avoid this place

This was one of the worst motel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly rude, making the stay even more unpleasant. The room was in terrible condition, dirty, poorly maintained, and the bed felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It was clear that cleanliness and customer service are not a priority here.

I called upon arrival at airport, very grumpy person answered the phone, I ask what time hotel transportation from airport to hotel ran? My answer was we dont have shuttle service and he hung up. When i booked room a few months ago, it was advertised that they had airport shuttle service, that was one of my reasons for this room booking. Upon arrival after paying a $35.00 taxi, we found that they guy who answered phone was really a grumpy guy, when i walked up to the front desk, he said i don't serve people at that part of the counter and had me move 2 feet to the other side of counter before he would check us in. Not a pleseant person at all. After got our room key, and went to our room. 2nd floor and no elevator. Our thought was we have booked the wrong place. Upon entering our room, it was very dated but very clean. We had an issue with out TV remote not working, so back to the front desk we went. We were told maintenence would have to come to the room and dix it. Our thoughts was batteries were dead and need replacing. Maintance showed up and found the front desk took our remote at time of compaint, heretivwd it along with a replacement remote which worked fine. Maintance made the statement all the front desk had to do was give us a replacement remote which they had and shook his head. The next day we checked out skipping breakfast. Desk staff very unfriendly but maintance guy was nice. Reviews were much higher when we booked than current day. No return for us.

Got woken up at 4:30 am in the morning and my room smells like rotten eggs. This has never happened to me before. The smells is so bad that my kids can not go back to sleep.my wife was worried about a potential gas leak and we open the front door and it appears that the smells came from outside of our room. We stayed in the ground floor by the poll. We had to go to airport early in the morning so we just left the room. I was told by front desk that the smell is from the sulphur from the ground that started with irrigation in the early morning. Stayed at a lot of hotel before and never had this happen to me before. The AC is loud too but we were willing to over look that. It’s got to be scary or a health hazard. Either way, if they don’t fix this problem, don’t know who will want to stay here in the future. Contact me if you think I am making this up.
