In a brand new condominium, the home is very stylish on the outside and well equipped and carefully decorated inside; is approximately 13 miles from Disney parks and a short drive to Universal and Disney Springs.
The hightech fitness center will keep you in tip-top shape on vacation and the family will enjoy the outdoor fitness lawn, basketball court, beach volleyball court and a full-size soccer field.
Need a little work while relaxing? Our Clubhouse has in / outdoor lounges with WIFI.

Two-storey townhouse, on the ground floor we have large kitchen, very well equipped (stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher and shredder), cup with 6 seats and ample counter with 4 more places Living room very well decorated with living room for a good converse with friends or family, and that has tables and barstools adjustable. Being in the living room, one can go straight to the pool area, which has lighting in the water and heating if you want this convenience.

Upstairs there are 2 suites and a third themed room (Mickey) and a very comfortable lounge for watching with family or friends.
All the TVs in the house are smart TV's and there is also a wide variety of cable channels for all tastes. There is a laundry room upstairs with an iron and ironing board, a large washing machine and also a large dryer, in your stay you can have all your clothes washed, dried and ironed. The whole house has high speed wifi coverage. The air conditioning and heating system is very quiet and gives comfort in all environments.
In front of the house you can park the vehicle with comity and space.

Relaxing Vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 5. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we all had some place to retreat to if we needed some time away. It was extremely clean, quiet, and the beds were so comfy. The unit was also conveniently located by the pool. The resort itself was top notch. The staff was amazing, so welcoming and always making sure they provided top notch service. The food was great, and very reasonable as well. They definitely strive to provide a wonderful customer experience. My only complaints...and I hate to even say that because I'm really not complaining was that we didn't receive our code to check in. I had reached out to a number given to me early in the day before we even left for our flight and still hadn't received a message back when we landed nearly 12 hours later. I was definitely freaking out a bit, but I sent another text as we landed and the response was quick, and we were able to get in no problem. The next morning my daughter tried to exit a door that led out to the pool and a very loud alarm went off...GOOD MORNING :). I tried to call the property manager but the office wasn't opened, but did reach out to the emergency number and the code was given and our ears were no longer being pierced! I completely understand the point of having that alarm by a door that leads to the pool but it would've been nice to know not to use it. Also check out time listed on VRBO was 11, but it is actually 10. We will definitely be back!

Good overall

The resort offers some good facilities for kids, especially the soccer field which the boy loved. There were 7 of us (4 adults, 3 kids). The condo was comfortable but the walls are very thin so you’ll hear the neighbors loudly. Supplies provided are very very limited so grab TP, laundry detergent, trash bags, coffee/tea, and all food supplies as soon as your arrive. The club house has great staff. The biggest negative was some idiot drove like a maniac up and down the road outside the condo from around 1-2am, pulling wheelies and tires screeching and security never came to do anything about it. It’s a good location.

We loved this house and area

Overall this house was wonderful. My family and I enjoyed being there emensely. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful. Some things that should be brought to the owner and potential renters attention is any supplies that are needed to have basic funtion in the house are provided i.e. hand soap , dish soap , etc. ..also there wasn't any wash clothes available for use just hand towels and dry towels which was a bit inconvenient but nothing a quick trip to Walmart couldn't solve. But again we loved the house and would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends and family.

Great spot would recommend

This rental is right down the street from the club house, pool and splash pad. We had a wonderful time. Short drive from Universal Studios and a very convenient location. Property was clean and well maintained, very nice condo.
