I can’t say enough good things about this Hotel. Check-in was a breeze with Brea. Early entry to Disney parks and shuttle service was great! Only thing I’d change is maybe have a designated spot for guests to line up for shuttle at the hotel coz people are not great when in comes to giving courtesy to people who were waiting there first. Breakfast, free drinks and kickback hours were also amazing. Really felt like they really take care if their guests! The lady Gina who attends to the waffle makers was also very kind and helpful. My husband got sick on our last day and she helped me put together breakfast that I could take to the room for him. All in all, it was a 10/10 stay! Will recommend to everyone for sure!

Staff was incredibly helpful with every question asked. Hotel was very clean and well organized and offered a free shuttle to surrounding parks and Disney Springs. Breakfast buffet was top notch. Would absolutely stay here again.

We love this hotel so much! You get so much for your money: free breakfast and dinner (“kickback time”), free adult drinks, wonderful accommodations, and amazing pool and hot tub! Very walkable to Disney Springs!!
