Overall the hotel was great: loved the layout of the king suite, room and hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. However, I do feel like the hotel is taking advantage of people! Not only did I pay for my 5 night stay, but also daily resort fees. Then they charged me additional $25/day for parking! Maybe this is normal for a Disney hotel, but I have never had to pay for parking at a hotel when you stay with them (ever). I just feel like they are gouging people. I spoke with a manager about it, and that was a complete waste of time. Big corporations just dont seem to understand that it's the small, little things that thet try to squeeze out of people that drives business away. I really liked this hotel, but I wont be back.
Impeccable service from the front desk staff!
We booked for a family trip to Disney. We knew this would not be the full Disney resort experience, but the customer service was lacking more than expected. We were told wrong information regarding the shuttle and desk staff was rude at check in. It’s currently under construct… maybe that is impacting the overall experience. The positives are convenience and nice bartending staff and bar food.
I slept very uncomfortable the mattresses are expired

Ownership should not take for granted their location to Disney. The hotel is probably behind 10 to 15 years in much needed upgrades. Not just a soft goods upgrade, But entire gut job of the rooms, common areas, windows, exterior.

The pool bar was closed at about 5pm, no food or drinks available. No restaurant on site to order food for the kids. They charged $23 for a resort fee plus $22 for self parking. Pretty steep!
The day I checked in the staff seemed annoyed with my questions. Originally I had booked this because of the free parking and free breakfast. Once I get there they tell me I don’t have either. So I had to pay an extra charge to park there and if I wanted breakfast I would’ve had to pay for that too.
