Beautiful resort. The boat ride to Disney Springs is very nice. This is the resort that I choose to stay at when coming to WDW.

I did online Checkin the day before. Received the room number before our flight landing. When we got to our room, it was dirty. No sheets on the bed, trash, etc. We called guest services and they reassigned us. The rooms are tired and needs updating. Not enough outlets, small televisions, and overall small. Normal apple power bricks did not work in one outlet. I had to remove the plate that extended too far out to make them work. The food in the food court is average at best. We walked down to French Quarter for dinner and that was the best meal. Everything is more expensive than it should be. Drafts of beer are $8-$10. The bounty breakfast is close to $11 and doesn't fill an average males appetite. Kid meals are better value. Coffee was Mediocre. Joffreys at the park was much better. The pool was nice and the slide was a hit with my grandson. The arcade is an unused waste of space and should be used for a gym since there is none. The boat to Disney springs is convenient. The busses to the parks are reliable. The one head scratcher is the south bus stop at the lobby has the most guests and it's always the 4th/last drop-off. Some of the other stops at times would have no one get off. My first stay at a Disney resort and it was lackluster. I'll probably stay off property in the future.

Everything was great! The only issue we had was that the shower sounded like it was constantly running even when the water was turned off.

Wonderful staff, love the water transportation to Disney Springs!

The faucet leaked the entire time we were there. Nobody seemed to care about fixing it. The shower did NOT drain properly. Whem we first arrived the door stopper was in pieces so I actually fixed it myself. The beds were not confortable but the pillows made up for it. We’ve stayed here before and never had issues will be staying elsewhere on next trip.

Not happy w check in - they dis not provide room contracted and were not very helpful

Stayed in the princess room, it was beautiful. Our view was of the river and we had an easy walk to the lobby. Wished we could of stayed more than 1 night. Only issues was waited over 1.5 hours in the lobby for our room to be ready. Indicated online we would be arriving early due, everyone in our party was extremely exhausted and needed to rest.

Didn't look like it had been vacuumed under the bed in ages. Skittles under the bed. Carpet severely stained. Wanted to check back out but everyone was full. For a Disney property I was floored by the condition. Poor rough shape.

This Disney resort worked out well for our family in so many ways. However, the experience was clouded by poor bus service, especially during high volume times. Buses would come already filled or not stop at all. Our stop had two bus loads of guests waiting at EPCOT after all of the other stops were emptied. On an early park opening day, the one bus took fewer than 10 people, then the next bus came after park opening. This was a disappointment since we specially got up early to get to the park to avoid long wait times. The bus service works well, but during the high volume times, there are not enough buses for Port Orleans, as compared with higher priced resorts. Everything else about the resort was great and worked well for us. Great Disney comfort and service.

All downtown hotels were booked, so ended up paying 4-star prices for this economy level hotel. Sidewalks were dirty. Long walk to find my room. TV remote didn't work. Furnishings were cheap looking. Checkin line was long with only three staff checking guests in. One staff member checked in 6 or 7 families in the time it took the other two workers to check-in one family each. Overall a disappointing stay.

The room was just the right size and price for a family that spends most of their time at the parks. Kids went swimming once and had a great time. Boat to Disney Springs was great and timely.

We have stayed at Port Orleans Riverside on several occasions. The location provides easy access to all WDW parks. The rooms are always well maintained. They employees are always friendly and helpful

Great staff that goes out of it's way to please. Excellent surroundings with lots of activities at hand. Boats take you over to Disney Springs which elevates the hassle of having to drive. Food court is one of the best at Disney. Down side---our last stay the hotel was 99% full. Hard to get reservations as had to book in March-April for a December stay.

Fun time and great resort !! Good food very organized staff who are helpful and friendly. We went to the Mickey Party at Magic Kingdom on one night we were there. Great fun also. Great walking paths or hiking trails.

The the hotel was great. They held our luggage until we checked in. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There is a bit of walking to and from the room and lobby but overall not that bad. There are several quality dining options which rank it above the other moderates. The boat to disney springs was a nice amenitity but the ride was painfully slow. I would revisit to experience the calming atmosphere again.

Pleasant. Thought the breakfast food not great for the price. Pancakes were rubbery. Potatoes too salty. The grounds were pretty.

We wanted to experience staying in a Disney theme hotel close to Magic Kingdom.

Wonderful stay in the magnolia bend of port orleans. We stayed In the princess room who is a must in this huge massive 1920s southern resort. Great food and facilities the only negative is the free transportation to the parks which needs to run more frequently. Will be staying here again!

Stayed in a Royal Room and it was worth every penny. Staff brought us a box fan and pack and play for infant within 15 minutes of requesting the items. Hotel staff is great. Food court has some good options. Pool is fantastic

The landscaping and property is beautiful, and you truly feel like you are away from the real world here. We stayed in the Alligator Bayou building 17 which was very convenient to the food court and bus transfer. The room was only ok. It's nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable, but there was a large stain on the carpet in between the beds. With the amount of money Disney makes you would think they could afford to shampoo the carpet and remove the stain. Other than that I had no complaints. Everyone working at the resort was very friendly and accommodating, especially Aimee at the front desk check-in.
