The location is incredibly secure with many rules to be aware of. We liked that the location was close to grocery and food. We enjoyed that each room had their own bathroom and was why we chose this property. Our host was very responsive; thank you. The home is clean and as advertised.We were surprised with the towel situation at the house. Wash cloths and hand towels are not included; we had to provide our own which was a first for us. The house pool is a big draw, but, there is an extra charge for heating it and there were not enough pool towels provided. What was provided were small.

The house was perfect, we loved the location, modern, beautiful and pretty quiet. We loved the pool and the setup of the whole house. Every room had its own bathroom which was great as well. The house had everything we needed and if we needed help it was just a message away. It was overall such a great stay!!!We will definitely be back.

The house itself was nice & was as expected. We were there visiting the parks so it served its purpose and was a nice place to come home to at the end of long days. The community, as a whole, felt cramped and busy. There were huge groups of people and cars everywhere. If we had wanted to use the clubhouse it would have been difficult. Additionally, we would suggest upgrading the products... The toilet paper and the hand soap were awful! And the products that were there were too limited and not enough for 5 adults. And the lack of wash cloths is a bit crazy... While we understand the issues with people taking them, to not have them at all seems a bit much. Those things go a long way with guests and with the neighborhood being as busy as it is (meaning places are being rented), that may help set your place apart.

Everything you need

The house has minimalistic decor so it looks and feels clean, plus is very easy to clean up after yourself.I didn’t realize when booking that every bedroom has an attached bathroom which was a very pleasant surprise!You can see Disney’s fireworks while sitting around the pool if you know where to look.The community that this home is in was wonderful, even though the rec center was busy we were still able to find chairs easily to put our belongings while relaxing in the lazy river, plus the facility was well maintained.The garage game room didn’t seem to have working AC, the thermostat kept flashing the WiFi symbol & I didn’t want to try to mess with the unit itself. At first we were bummed with how hot it was in there (June stay), but we ended up loving it because some of us get too cold with the AC blowing in the house, so it was a nice retreat for us.There’s always certain spots on your floor that your mop can’t get to & typically you use a wipe or different cloth to get in those areas to clean them… there were a few of those spots in this house, but they looked like they’d never been touched.The towels in each of the bedrooms were clean and no issues, as well as the pool towels. However, the extra towels in the laundry room were disgusting. Every towel we would grab from the pile were covered in hair and some even had questionable discolored spots. I had to rewash all the towels before use & thankfully brought my own laundry detergent since they only supply 2 pods.

Beautiful home and neighborhood! The house was clean and looked exactly as it did in the pictures. The beds we comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool after a long day at the parks and took advantage of the resort on our off days. Tip: the resort is not crowded at all if you go in the morning when it first opens and they do activities for the kids throughout the day!We were traveling with an 11 month old, so I realize not everyone will have the same needs we do. The only suggestion I have is to provide a baby gate to put at the bottom of the stairs. Our little guywas constantly trying to climb them!Thank you for a wonderful experience, we will be back!

Awesome place!

This was an awesome property and extremely clean.. I will say I have super high standards when it comes to staying at places and feeling comfortable with level of cleanliness..This def met expectations!The owner was very quick to get back to me anytime I had any questions so fast! Also, every room had its own bathroom which was amazing and ensured everyone had their private space .. the pool was and outside area was perfect! I really cannot say enough good things about this property other than it felt as comfortable as being in my own home but with a luxury feel! The only downside was that it was about30 mins from Disney but as long as you don’t mind that it is perfection!!

Windsor Island Home

The house came as advertised, really clean and well stocked. This was one of the few houses we stayed in that had lots of dishes, cutlery and great pots and pans. Beds were very comfortable and the pool crystal clear and used everyday. The resort area was very nice but very busy so we used the pool at the house more. We woukd highky recomend this house, we will be looking at it again. I forgot to scan the qr code so maybe it can be sent to me.

Relaxing getaway

We loved this beautiful home. The rooms are bright and airy and the pool is perfect. Great, responsive property manager.Bonus: you can see Magic Kingdom and Epcot fireworks from the patio!

Great property in a very nice resort area

Overall our stay for the month was excellent. The property is nicely furnished with adequate space for the entire family. Heated pool and spa were extra nice given the cold snap that occurred during our visit. Games area was well utilized but we were a little disappointed that the pinball game had been removed after we had booked. Host was very responsive to most of our questions as we did have some issues with pool heat near the beginning of our stay and low battery alarms on smoke detectors. However, the games room was quite cold given the wall heater wasn't working and it never got fixed during our stay. Resort area was a nice extra to utilize for other activities. My only suggestion is the place could use a deeper clean as many of the wall/ceiling vents and baseboards are very dusty, some buildup around shower area and the vent under the microwave was very dirty. All-in-all, would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic! Highly recommend!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our first trip to Disney! The house was absolutely perfect and exceeded all of our expectations. Communication with the owner was fantastic, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.The private pool and hot tub were perfect and gave us a great way to unwind after busy days at the parks. The game room was another favorite, especially for our kids ranging in age from 8 to 2, it truly had something for everyone.We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again on future trips!

Disney Vacation

Clean & Comfortable Property with a Great Pool

We have zero complaints after a two week stay at Marmalade Villa. The host was very quick to respond to messages and extremely accommodating to all requests. The property is even better than it appears in the listing, it’s very spacious with ensuites for each bedroom and easy access to an additional half bath from the pool. We definitely utilized the pool and spa a great deal. Pool heat was great and we always found the temperature to be more than comfortable, at times it felt close to body temperature which made for enjoyable swimming morning, noon or night. The house is a quick 5 minute stroll to the resort’s water park and club house, and while we only availed of the resorts amenities a couple of times during our stay, we found it to be a bonus to be able to utilize this area at no cost. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Ideal Summer Get Away

The property is listed 100% as shown on the listing. I have stayed at many other VRBO's before and this one was by far one of the best. 1) Check-in process a few days before arrival the management company will send you all the details down to the wifi login 2) location is central to everything. If you want to be close to one of the better beach on the coast line be ready to drive about an hour. 3.) Amenities on the property are awesome and walking distance from this property. Pool, lazy river & gym all within walking distance. 4) home amenities you have a private pool, awesome game room in the garage to entertain the younger folks. Equipped with pool table, fooze ball table, pin ball machine & tv. Upon our arrival the pin ball was glitching and we notified management so they were aware. Even with the glitching the kids were still able to play. 5.) house in general was stocked to get you started. Fully equipped kitchen. All we had to do was buy groceries and some spices. The house was so detailed with instructions on everything. They didn't miss a beat when it came to informing the guests on rules & services. The only negative take is to maybe provide pool floats/noodles to stay at the house for your guests to use and definitely more than 2 towels per room. While our stay there I had to every other day so that we had clean ones to use. I would also suggest a few more pool/beach towels as well. Overall stay was great. Would we book again.. YES!

Super clean and great communication

The house description was exactly as stated. Check in at the front gate was quick and smooth. The house was super clean upon arrival. The host was very prompt at answering and rectifying a few minor issues we had. We thoroughly enjoyed this property and would stay again, no questions asked.

Great location, layout, FL is always great!

The bones of the house are great. The location is awesome. The kitchen and bathrooms weren't as clean as we're use to and our "clean" sheets and towels were stained and not of high quality. The property manager did offer to come bring new sheets but honestly we just didn't have the time or energy and used sheets from a different bedroom. The home would be awesome for a large family or two traveling together. Really nice game room for kids that is self contained.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here in October. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were great (we paid for the heat), and the game room was fun (pinball was a hit)! We also thought the community pool and mini golf were a great added bonus. The only suggestions I'd have is for more towels (bath, hand, and pool), a few more pans, and some board or card games. The owner was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond when we didnt have enough towels, and had some dropped off within hours. All in all, 5 stars, and we would definitely stay here again!

Disney Vacation!

My husband and I and our two kids, ages 7 and 4, stayed here for our first trip as a family to Disney! The house was great! We loved the clean modern design, the location, the private pool, the resort amenities, the Star Wars playroom and being able to cook meals here and have a nice comfortable place to come back to and relax after exciting days at the parks. Our family had a magical experience and we definitely want to come back! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay for our vacation!

Amazing Stay!

House was wonderfully decorated and very clean (I’m pretty picky.) We wanted a place close enough to drive to the parks but far enough away to get away from the crowds and this was perfect. The private pool was a hit every evening after the parks. We loved the game room. We also took advantage of the resort pool, especially the lazy river. The gated community was a plus. Homes are very well kept. We had 4 adults but this house would be great for children as well. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms are all nice and no issues with the house being cool in the Florida heat. Great communication with the owner. Our daughter left a few things behind and he got them mailed to us immediately. We would for sure stay here again!
