Great location. A lovely modern hotel where I don't feel I have to spent $500 a night to have an incredible experience. Front desk were very helpful in moving me to a better room [away from street]. Love the size of the these rooms. Food is great. Truly this is a big win in my book. Can see Disney Fireworks from my hotel window!

The staff was really friendly. The hotel was beautiful, ambiance was there - nice, quiet, serene. It just felt really good to get away. Would definitely visit again.

I’ve stayed at this property a few times and it’s always been a good, comfortable stay. This time however, I took a couple stars away from the staff due to the valet working the night I stayed. There was a problem with opening the guest parking gate. Instead of being helpful and opening the gate with his key, he ignored everyone stuck behind the gate for about 20 minutes and just kept talking about how he was the only one on duty that night. I finally pleaded with him to open the gate and he begrudgingly walked over and opened it. It took one minute. Literally no time at all.
