Surprisingly pleasant being that it’s an older hotel, they really modernized it, some rooms are updated while some are not, ( we got 2 rooms ). But still a great place to stay and will stay again.

This was a nice property but I don’t think housekeeping was good at all. We were there from a Thursday through a Sunday and they never came. We had to go to the desk and get towels. Never took out trash or anything. Sounds like they have an issue from talking to the desk. Really sucks when you only get two towels to begin with the. They don’t come by to exchange towels. Worse housekeeping experience I’ve ever had. Was really strange.

Fera Anaheim mentioned being short-staffed, so housekeeping had to be scheduled. That was understandable—one day of cleaning and towel replacement during a 3-night, 4-day stay was sufficient. However, our room was still missed despite calling to confirm at 1:00 PM and again at 6:30 PM. We had to request towels and go down to the lobby to retrieve them ourselves. The only positive was the front desk and valet staff—friendly and welcoming. A simple hello truly goes a long way.
