We just need a night. The automatic front door did not work, so you had to open it manually, which was hard with a hand full of items. One staff member helped us this time. The receptionist did not say much at all, not sure exactly what he was doing as we had a pre-paid reservation, but it took a while to get checked in. The elevator was not working. The pool was closed according to another sign. Room was fine and clean. Breakfast was fine, too. Just not overall impressed.
Breakfast was not great, biscuits ran out. room 212 had a weird musty smell and the room it self felt sticky and humid even with the A/C on.
Unfortunately we had an awful experience at this hotel. We arrived and the lobby was decent. Our first room smelled musty and felt damp. The pull out sofa mattress was disgusting. The mattress was basically split in half and the coils exposed and it was so stained and dirty. We asked to switch rooms. While we were in the lobby a different guest was also asking to switch rooms. The new room smelled just as bad as the first. We also had to ask for a sheet for the pullout, a pillow had makeup on it, and the blanket had hair tangled in it. The room was so humid that the pillows and carpet felt damp, and I'm pretty sure there was a blood stain on the carpet. We also couldn't get the door to lock from the inside. We could only use the latch and a chair under the handle. It was ridiculous. We would have left and stayed elsewhere, but they would not refund us. We couldn't wait to leave.
Great breakfast. Handy location. Not bad not spectacular just right for the price.

This property was clean and well cared for. It was, however, a little hard to get to without GPS help.
Parking leaves a lot to be desired very few spots and extremely tight turning area
Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was pretty much the same. We stayed for 3 days. Pool had mold around the top and there were naked children swimming in the pool.
I chose this hotel because it stated they had a hot tub and to find out there is not hot tub was extremely disappointing especially since it was my anniversary. Not to mention while I was outside smoking the hot tub is next to dumpster
The format and layout of rooms . Liked how the living room was seperated it gave the place a more homey comfortable feeling
The hotel and staff were great, but they rented out a conference room in the basement, and they played loud music till Mid-night, the bass made the wall vibrate, and when i call the front desk all.thet said was sorry. Next time I plan to stay there, and they have an event will ask for a room on the 3rd floor.
