This vintage hotel is loaded with charm. Perfect place to have a wedding or special event. The food at the restaurant was excellent The staff was friendly. Because it is an old building, some things break more easily.

Loved the courtyard! It was a great place to sit and relax between activities

I thought this would be a cool classic hotel But it’s fairly run down with no amenities. I wouldn’t stay there again. On the plus side it was cheap

Love this hotel! It had so much character! Would stay again

Nice overnight stay. Pretty and clean but needs touch up!!

Overall the property wasn't bad. The rooms need a little bit more cleaning in terms of the small things. Drapery and curtains in the rooms were Dusty at the floor level and ceiling level. Chip paint in the bathroom and soap scum on shower walls.

Convenient location with great staff. I stayed here since i had an early morning flight the following day. My room was clean and quiet. I used the fitness center and airport shuttle and was impressed with both.

Nice hotel close to many downtown locations. Easy walk to most, but hotel shuttle was nice when it was late or cold.

Very nice hotel. The staff very friendly and rooms were very clean.

Much older hotel. Very loud vent in my room that made it impossible to sleep. Good location and the hotel bar was good with decent food.

Hotel staff moody and disinterested at check in. Barking dog in room next door. Hotel staff irritated that I asked what the procedure was. Had to wait over an hour (at midnight) for guest to return for dog to quiet down.

Excellent hotel and only a couple bocks from the Old Market area of Omaha.

It is conveniently located in the downtown. Fairly clean but comfortable. Seems quite old - Probably needs a lot of cleaning and repairs. Definitely not 4 stars. Day 1: The Toilet was clogged and did not flush. The bath tub did not drain. The shower was leaking. The staff was accommodating enough to find a different room for me the next day. Day 2: Had requested a wake up alarm since I had a flight to catch in the morning. They just missed it and said 'oh sorry about it'. The flight was delayed too and it did not matter eventually, but not the service you would expect normally.

Genuinely friendly, helpful, and down to earth office staff. Beautiful and comfortable room. Great location. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Great location for walking to Old Market restaurants and bars.
