The building is beautiful and it is great to see a historic hotel maintained and in use. Was a little disappointed with there only being a shower when the picture of the room shows a tub. Also, it was stated that a bottle of sparkling wine would be provided in the room, but there was not. We ended up extending our trip 1 day, but chose to book a different hotel since we weren't very impressed with this one.

We stayed one night and found the room to be fine. The hotel is quiet (I don't recall seeing any other guests). We ordered from the in hotel restaurant, Olive and Ira's. Do yourself a favor and order the burger and not anything else on the menu! Everything was comfortable and in working order except for the sink faucet in the bathroom, which was sprayed water everywhere when it was turned on. Overall it was a cool experience to stay in an historic building.

My experience could have been more pleasant. Upon checking into my room, I immediately noticed it was not clean. To my horror, as I inspected the bed for bed bugs, I discovered empty alcohol bottles under the mattress. This was extremely off-putting and made me question the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room. Additionally, I did not have a good night's sleep due to feeling like I was sleeping in dirty sheets. The overall hygiene of the room was highly questionable, and it left me feeling very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I arrived late at night and had no choice but to stay there. This was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to others based on the state of the room and the lack of cleanliness.

Bathroom needs improvements- only 2 small towels, no fan, conditioner missing, tub drain would not close to run bath, and was very slippery! Hotel was lovely, great for our dog (no pet fee). Room was large. Friendly staff. Parking was $30, should have opted for meters.

We specifically stayed at the Magnolia because they said they had a free shuttle to the airport. When we checked in, they said we could use the shuttle. But later in the day, they said the shuttle was not operating. So we had to pay extra for an Uber to the airport. NOT HAPPY.

Convenient location, charming and comfy hotel.
Neat old hotel with updated lobby restaurant and bar. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a nice view over the courtyard. Towels & toiletries were more budget, but bedding was nice. This place was very conveniently located for enjoying all the downtown fun in Omaha. Friendly staff and nice bar. Easy parking and $25/day at the time I visited.

We really enjoyed our stay at Magnolia. The staff was able to let us check in an hour early to get ready in time for a wedding. They were friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The room was clean and charming.

What an AMAZING place! Alfred was so kind and helped us figure out everything. Our two fur babies were welcomed, the room was clean, staff was extremely friendly and parking was easy. This place is perfect in my eyes! Great job Magnolia, we’ll be back!

The facility seemed nice at the lobby. The rooms however, it felt as if the carpet hadn’t been cleaned since the inauguration of the hotel. In the bathroom we saw hair tangled in the drain floating with the water. I wouldn’t be surprised that they don’t change the bedsheets and their cookies are terrible. Other than that, the location is downtown so there are plenty of spots to eat, it’s pretty quiet, and yes, they are pet friendly. It was easy checking in and out.
