Nice hotel. Convenient location. Parking garage is a bit dirty. Bird poop should be cleaned up.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. Front office staff provided wonderful service and pertinent information of local attractions.

The room is spacious and inviting, very comfortable.

Great for a downtown stay easy parking access. Nice sized rooms.

The key system was pretty cool never been to a hotel where u just tap a card and your in the door and the staff was really friendly but there was a bit more negative then positive it is located downtown town old market Omaha ok so there is no parking on the street that does not have a meter and the hotel has a garage and they charge you like really stop taking advantage of your guest they are all ready paying 130 a night like where else are we supposed to park and my room was ok not up to pair for being in the old market there was chips under the table from the previous guest scotch tape on the wall where the previous guests hung something and a bottle of cleaner on the bed for being a downtown old market first impression is key there should be a second person walking through after the cleaning of the rooms so a lot of room for improvement

Very nice stay. Clean and comfortable. I don’t like that in room coffee maker mugs are washed up in the bathroom sink and repacked after use by housekeeping. Somehow I’d like to think it’s more hygienic to run coffee mugs through dishwasher and replace used cups daily. Breakfasts aren’t great(fake eggs and greasy sausages); however they had some fresh fruits. Coffee wasn’t good, but given they comped my breakfast, I probably shouldn’t complain. I stayed 8 night and one of the nights was New Year’s Eve. It was quiet and restful’ given hotel passed out the customer consideration policy. The location is awesome with great restaurants, pubs, and shopping in the old market section of Omaha. Love the hotel and will return.

The hotel is perfect location downtown Haymarket area. Great service room was good too.

Loved the hotel staff and all of the amenities! Will definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel in downtown. Only thing they can improve on is the breakfast. Having a pancake or waffle maker would make it so much better as the pancakes were cold and a bit hard or they just need to buy those buffet food warmers instead of having the food just layed out in pots and pans.

Whithin walking distance to many attractions. Lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms are modern and spotless.

Pool was closed for maintenance. Painting. If I would have known this ahead of time I would have chosen a different hotel.

If you're wanting to experience the old market all within walking distance, this is as good as it gets. Right across from an awesome I've cream store (Ted and walleys) and right across from a huge candy store (Hollywood candy). There's a brewery right across the street by the ice cream store and also a cool book store that specializes in old books. When I say old books, I mean some books as old as the 1700's. Tons and tons of old books. Tons of places to eat down there, wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel was pretty good, the breakfast was pretty decent though I wished they had a better selection of yougurt and fruit.

We were very happy with this hotel. They had nice size rooms and the breakfast in the morning was great.

I have stayed at the Hyatt Place three times in the past month. Every visit was excellent from the staff to the cleanliness of my room to food ordered when I didn't feel like going out of the hotel.

This is a great place to stay if you are business traveler and hate staying in anonymous hotels in parking lots in the middle of nowhere. The hotel is wonderfully modern and has all the amenities; the location is full of old charm in downtown Omaha; everything is walkable, lots of places to eat and be entertained...

We were right in the heart of Omaha's Old Market. Stepped out of the Hyatt and there we were, within walking distance to all that the Old Market offers.

The fire evacuation alarm went off twice. Elevator is shared by housekeeping so it is very slow getting to the higher floors. Front desk was short and rude with guests. There was a gentleman that ran the "bar" that was really trying to do his best. The bar isn't really a bar at all. Seems like this is just another small hotel where the staff is stretched too thin and they end up not doing anything very well. It's a good location to old town but not the service or amenities that more staffing could provide. There was a wedding party that was very loud and the staff did nothing to stop the yelling in the hallway. Room was dirty with something smeared on the bath door and food under the chair from the guests before. First stay at this Omaha hotel. Going back to our regular spot.
