Everything was great until check out time. We had requested the day before a late check out at noon. It was approved by the lady at front desk and changed on our account. She was super nice. The next morning there’s banging on our door at 11am. Another lady with cleaning crew was checking our room out. I explained we asked for a late check out. She was super rude and said the lady who approved it was new. She seemed very annoyed we were still in our room. Just rude overall.

The rooms were played out well, the AC worked well, the beds were fairly comfortable. The rooms were somewhat dated, and the walls were chipped in places and the furniture was quite worn. The water pressure was not great. The pool area was pretty dirty, you could feel debris on the floor all around the pool. The water was also pretty cold. There was a power outage for several hours in the morning, and they pulled all of the breakfast items right at the cut off time even though the power had just returned on at the same time. Obviously it wasn’t their fault that the power went out, but I would have thought they would have left the breakfast items out for a little longer since the whole place had been without power for several hours.

I could hardly breathe in this room. It was reaking in a moldly smell. I turned the ac to 61 to try and help. Even the blankets werre perminated. Adult Grandson slept on the couch/bed. He didn't pull it open. It had stitches on the corners of the couch to hold it together. I paid $168.00 for this reaking room. I will never go back. Even the furniture in the entry way had evident wear on the arms and seats.

The shower was terrible with no pressure. The breakfast was the exact same and we were there for four mornings so that was disappointing. The pool was small, chilly, and the chlorine was so strong that it burnt my eyes just being in the same room. The room was nice and beds comfortable.

We ended up having to book this hotel last minute due to difficulties at a different hotel. I called this hotel late at night and they had the room configuration we needed. The guy at the desk was very helpful and got me quickly checked in. The hotel was very clean and had coffee, fused water, etc in the lobby still. Our room was clean and sufficient for our needs. This hotel is located in a newly developed area so there isn’t much traffic noise. Unfortunately this probably won’t be the case within the next year. The breakfast was just a plain hotel breakfast but the area was clean and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay here. This hotel is a hidden gem. I hope it can stay that way.

1st time visiting Omaha and we stayed at Comfort Inn for a stop over going home to Canada and we had a peaceful sleep and rest. Kid friendly and breakfast is amazing.

Worst experience in a hotel ive had so far.

I wanted to stay with my family for one night to use the pool and the pool had way too much clorine we couldnt even be in there because our eyes were burning so much. I enden up leaving and not even staying the night so i lost my money because they said there were no refunds. I was there for only a couple of hours.
