Advertised as downtown location but to me seemed to be on the outskirts. Very nice and friendly front desk clerks. Breakfast was good too. Room was a nice size and comfortable.

This property is fine. The neighborhood is fine, but there’s not much within walking distance as it is at the end of town. The beds and pillows were fine. Breakfast was fine. Unfortunately, our bathtub dripped the entire visit, and we had to have someone clear the bathroom sink drain when we checked in. After they looked at the drain, water eventually drained, but we could hardly run water without a back up. Everything is safe, everything is clean, basic needs are met, and the staff was very pleasant.

Great place to rest your head for a night

The ride to the airport was not furnished so I was a bit disappointed about that other than that it was a quality stay.

Newer hotel with great staff and is very close to the airport and downtown. Will stay at this hotel again the next time I am flying out of omaha

So nice to get some sort of breakfast and to be able to get into the pool and hot tub again! Room was awesome (except for the neighbor girls who decided to play hip hop at 1:30 AM).

They had an outdoor patio with a grill for customers to you. They had free laundry. A pool and a jacuzzi. It was really nice. I only stayed for one night but it was definitely enjoyable.

got some crank calls from young people at 12 midnight and 2:30 am and thely even tapped on our doors. Called front desk at 0230 and nothing happened.

Very disappointing hotel! This hotel, first of all, is located right in the middle of what it appears to be an area of abandoned warehouses and factories. It's within walking distance of a couple of large sports facilities and that's probably why the proximity of this location. This area of abandoned warehouses seems to be in the process of gentrification but it looks like they ran out of money to complete the process of something like that. In other words, kind of an ugly area. On the plus side though, the area appears to be safe and very close to downtown Omaha and its major highways. My room itself was clean but it was not serviced after the first day at all--even after I left at 9:00 a.m. and with no "Do not disturb" sign hanging on the door knob. The continental breakfast was just the bare minimum for them to count as a "breakfast". The evening staff was not very friendly. All in all, I feel as if I overpaid for this hotel. I did not try the amenities like the swimming pool or fitness center but they were there and operating from what I saw. It is not the worst hotel but it certainly did not deserve the rating it did when I made my reservation.

Excellent staff. One, minor detail...I only had decaf coffee in my room and the holder and used coffee bag from the last person was still in there. During covid times especially, makes me wonder how well everything is getting cleaned. I did bring Clorox wipes for the remote, door handles and surfaces.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Conveniently located.
