This property was in horrible condition. When we got to our room, it was dirty, the bed sheets had brown stains, there were bedbugs and syringe caps in the bed. Also the smoke detector had a bag over it, so it could not tell if there was smoke in the room. Every time I called to talk to the manager, they said he would be in the next shift. I called 3 different times and got the same answer, never getting to talk to the manager. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen. We promptly left and went to another hotel. My family’s safety is important.

It was not very clean-the corners in the bathroom had dirt in them, the carpet needed a stronger vacuum cleaner. There was no coffee or breakfast available. Other guests were noisy.

None of the outside doors locked. Anyone could wander in to the hotel. The hallways were disgusting. When we got there a sign on the desk said no breakfast was available due to renovations but there werent any renovations being done.

Sorry, I have nothing good to say about this place. It was filthy, they didn’t even vacuum our room, and there was still garbage laying around our room. The windows were left open and it was freezing. There wasn’t even a continental breakfast as advertised, they didn’t try, even with muffins or SOMETHING….just coffee with some powdered creamer. I’m assuming they were doing some remodeling by the looks of things, but we weren’t told. They could’ve tried a lot harder to appreciate their guests. Especially for the price we paid. NEVER going back…..sorry

They were friendly and fast when I needed a room last minute and the price was perfect. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet.

The front sign advertises weekly rates, which doesn't make for a promising start, and the sketchy old man constantly hanging out by the side entrance door only made the first impression worse. On the surface everything appeared clean in the room, however, there were a lot of stray hairs and fibers lurking around, the toilet had mineral scaling and didn't flush well, and the common area flooring had trash all over and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time. The curtains still let in quite a bit of light at the time. The refrigerator didn't work, which meant I had to keep my already dwindling stock of breast milk in the cooler and was unable to refreeze the ice packs. I don't believe asking for a new room would have resolved any of the issues, and since it was already late and we were hauling around two small children and two dogs we didn't have time to repack the car and go elsewhere.

I am going to request my money back. If they do not granted I will stop payment. Heater did not work in room, windows were cracked open in room

Over all it is nice experience. Breakfast is only thing that was less than average. They had the bare minimum, it didn’t even include fruits.

Weeds poor and generally poor exterior condition. Room was clean and looked nice every though it showed heavy use. Only really problem was that room smelled musty. Appeared to be mold in the air conditioner that was very loud, but it did work.

Room was nice, bed was comfortable, location was convenient, breakfast was decent. Good value during CWS in Omaha.

This hotel cost $370 for 2 nights, it had the quality of a $39.99 per night motel. Everything was trash, newly renovated my tush. My kids found beer bottle tops under the bed, no room service, had to track down staff to get clean towels. This hotel makes me think twice before using Orbitz again.

As motel, it is over average. The price is reasonable, and staff there are friendly.
