Only was in town for a night. Toliet and tub was clogged. Reported it to front desk and was told why I didn’t report it sooner. I was out and about and just got the room to lay my head down. Didn’t know I should have flush the toliet before I left back out. I ask for another room since we leaving in morning. Was told no and that they will tell maintenance in the morning. Very rudely. It was pointless to wait until morning for a maintenance when I was checking out in morning.

We were there for 4 nights in total. Not once was our room serviced, nor were we advised that service only occurred every 3 days. Either way, with a 4 night stay we should have been serviced once according to mu math...just saying. And on our last night we were denied clean towels because they didn't have any. Like really?!?!? Front desk staff was nice, there was a language barrier, but he seemed to care.

The staff was really nice! My room had an odd smell, but nothing to off putting. I came back for the night and most of the first floor smelled so strongly of weed it made me nauseous....For the price it overall wasnt bad.
I did a walk through when I came in and noticed this, I brought it up to the guy at the front desk, he took a picture of it from my phone...they never removed it and it was still there when I left.

This was the dirtiest room I’ve ever seen in my life. There was dry, maybe cat food in the drawers of the nightstands. There were boogers wiped on the walls, everything was covered in dust. There was a bad smell like it had been closed up for years. We actually went and bought some Clorox wipes and Febreze to freshen at least the areas that we were going to use. There was no bathmat in the shower and it was very very slippery when wet. It was very hard to take a shower and I had to take two because my purpose for getting in the room was to have surgery the following day so I had to take a shower at night and when in the morning and pretty much had to hold onto the handle throughout my whole shower, so very hard to wash. But I do have to say that the sheets appeared to be clean, and the bed was very comfortable, which was my main consideration at that point. And that is the only reason that we did not leave. I used to work in a hotel so I understand the work involved, but there was no excuse for the way our room looked. The carpets were all soiled, I get some stains that you cannot remove it. A lot of them look like they weren’t even tried to be removed. And I did just wear my shoes because I didn’t wanna wear my bare feet in there, but very disappointing because a lot of the reviews that I read were good and that’s why I booked that hotel. I guess I didn’t look at the dates to see if they were recent or maybe these reviews were from five years ago I don’t know.

The front desk was super helpful and friendly however the rooms were not kept up. I rented four rooms for a family reunion and two of the rooms were not clean. The room i stayed in had a blood stain on the wall and the floor had not been vacuumed in a minute. I got these rooms for the pool and continental breakfast. The pool was absolutely freezing and there were no towels in the pool room or at the front desk. The continental breakfast was good minus the cream cheese was expired. This hotel has a lot of potential; but has issues with the heating and cleanliness. The staff were all super friendly but the building itself needs a lot of TLC (with the heating and broken smoke alarms) and a GOOD cleaning. There was a lot of dirty handrails, floors, walls, and chairs.
