This hotel was filthy, floors were dirty, fingerprints all over the glass doors, elevator buttons etc. Room smelled like cleats, mattresses were horribly stained and completely worn out.

My theory is that this hotel was recently purchased by someone who plans to coast on good reviews from before they took ownership until they run it into the ground with a skeleton crew. Not enough people work there, full-stop. They do not answer the phone, speak professionally to guests, or clean adequately. My room reeked of cigarette smoke and mildew. The tub was stained, the bathroom door dirty, the carpet sticky, the sheets rough. It was truly a disgusting experience. I imagine at some point in the past it was run with an adequate amount of front desk and housekeeping staff, but those days are OVER. Do not stay here.

This hotel was terrible! Probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I asked to change rooms bc my room had carpet and bed linen stains, the curtain had been half pulled off the rail, the mattress was horribly beaten down and indented and the pillows felt lumpy like they were stuffed with socks. My new room had carpet stains and the same curtain issue. When I called and asked to get a hair dryer they were “out of hair dryers.” I stayed for 8 days, asked for my room to b cleaned twice (bed made) and did not get that during my entire stay. Do NOT stay at this hotel!!

Facility was in very poor condition. Broken floor tiles, dirty carpet, wet carpet from a leak somewhere, would not provide 4 towels for the four guests in our room- only provided 2 towels and 1 washcloth. When asked for more was told we could only have two. No towels in pool area. Carpet on side of bed in room was very dirty, mold in bathroom and stained ceiling tiles. Very limited options for breakfast. Elevator certificate had been expired for 2 years! Please do not waste your money, time, or sanity staying at this hotel.

The service was horrible i think they were low on towels and other amenities. Overall the staff was nice but the hotel was outdated and dirty. Smelled in the halways and outside from smokers and sketchy people around property as well.

Do not stay here even if your life depended on it

Do not stay here this was the worst stay of my life, within the first 24 hours that we were there it was literally hell. When you walk in it looks nice but that is it, The pictures on their website are extremely deceiving, we had a hard time checking in even though I booked 3 weeks before I even came. When we got to our room it smelled like mold and there was mold in the corners, we brought our 8-month-old baby with us they were not accommodating to children no cribs when they said they have some on the site, And Went back down To go out to eat and there was literally dog feces in the hallway The front desk knew about it and all they did was put a wet floor sign around it And then at midnight They had to call back the maintenance man to come clean it up because they're too lazy to get off their butt to do it. That maintenance man was the only nice person there I feel so bad that they called him back at midnight to come clean up dog poop that they couldn't clean up. My baby got really sick from mold, we ended up leaving early. Before we left we tried to give our baby a bath and there was absolutely no hot water so they moved us to a new room there was no hot water there either. They told us at the front desk that they would refund us but then I get an email from hotels.com saying that they will not so I lost over $500 with this horrible horrible Hotel. Whatever you do do not stay here!! The elevators haven't been inspected in 3 years and all the fire extinguishers were expired

My mom, kids and myself checked in Wednesday night. Once we got to our room we noticed an unpleasent smell. The carpet was dirty and frayed and there was a wad of hair in the bathtub that looked like a rat. I went down to the front desk and requested a new room. Once we got to the new room we already could smell a difference. It wasn't perfect, but it appeared to be cleaner than the first. That morning we went down to breakfast and much to our surprise their hot breakfast consisted of waffles, bagels, toast and cereal. All of the tables were so sticky that once you put your plate down, it actually got stuck to the table. We also requested more towels as we only had 2 in the room. The front desk staff said they didn't have any and to check back. We did and still no extra towels. There was an ice machine on each floor however, only the machine on 6 was working. And even that one was falling apart. There must've been a leak in the bathroom above us because the tile ceiling was all stained and there was mold on the caulking in the tub. The hall between the front desk and elevator had a huge water problem and the carpets were soaked. We ended up leaving a day early because we couldn't get any towels. For 3 days we had to use the same 2 towels for the 4 of us. I requested a refund and was told I would be receiving one however, I have yet to see it. I would not recommend staying in this hotel.

The building is in disrepair. The light bulbs were out on 2 of the 4 lamps. There was a rack mount missing on a towel rack so the rack was missing. The toliet paper holder was broken. The mount was missing that holds it on the right side. Never received towels or soap for 3 days.
