Room was clean, no bugs, could have been a little more stocked with towels and toilet paper. Constantly had to have our room cards reregistered, and the front desk staff acted annoyed about it every time. I understand it's probably just as frustrating for them as it was for us, but it is NOT the customers fault as they knew it was an issue because they told us we would probably need to stop in every time to have them be done. I did like how well lit the parking lot was.

The smell of weed consumed our floor. There was running and yelling in the halls in the middle of the night. The kind that makes you feel unsafe..Breakfast was very minimal. No meat or eggs. Most workers had some sort of head phone or ear piece that they were using at all times, making it hard to know if they were talking to you or on the phone.

The bathroom toilet lid was up like someone had just used it. Towels were limited and the bathroom had black hair on the floor , stains on the wallpaper … carpet was stained. Needless to say we did not go barefoot or take showers !

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Across the street from low income housing, staff is rude. Holes in walls of room, carpet was wet. Shower had shelf ripped off wall. Furniture was old and broken, stopped serving weekend breakfast at 9am. Pool was shut down as well. We left at 8pm for dinner and parking lot was a gathering of teenagers all over parking lot. We noticed another person was repairing his brakes in parking lot. We did not feel safe at all at this place. Oh, and there was only one ice machine working and it was on the 6th floor. Never again!!!!

When I first got to my room the bathroom floor felt slippery underneath the bottom of my Teva sandals. Like whatever it was cleaned with it had not been sufficiently wiped off, or maybe it wasn't rinsed. Then in the morning, even though they do not disturb sign was very plainly hanging on my door since the night before, at 10:15 AM (45 minutes before check out time) someone using a hotel key, which clearly it was a hotel employee, because the key bypassed that thumb turn lock that you're supposed to use for extra security, anyway they tried to enter my room without announcing housekeeping. Fortunately I had the safety bar on, and I shouted I'm still in here. As a woman traveling alone that was creepy, and even a bit frightening. Especially since my room was the very last room in the corridor. Then when I got in the shower, just like the bathroom floor, the bottom of the shower felt very slippery. I had to hang onto the shelves to make sure I didn't slip and fall. I definitely will not be back to this location.

You get what you pay for

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. The continental breakfast was very limited, offering only waffles, bagels, bread, cereal, apples, and yogurt. There were no eggs or protein options, and the tables in the breakfast area were sticky, as if they had been wiped down with syrup. On top of that, the smell of marijuana from other guests in the breakfast area made the experience even less enjoyable. The room itself left a lot to be desired as well. While we were upgraded to a room with two queen beds, one of the beds had noticeable stains, so we were glad to have a second option. The pillows were either rock-hard or so flimsy they could be folded in half, and we were only provided two towels despite having a two-bed room. The tray in the room still had sticky food residue on it, the AC rattled constantly when turned on, and there were hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail really stood out and made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Really bad experience - can do much better

Awful lysol/cleaner smell, broken/cracked sink, broken curtains, no toilet paper, broken grate on heating/cooling unit - did not use, fluttering lamp, took forever to get checked in, continental breakfast was almost non-existent, etc. Would not recommend to anyone....
