The room was dingy, the shower curtain rod was broken, the chair in the room looked like it was dragged from the back alley (broken, dirty). There are all stairs at the property, so not accessible for wheelchairs or rolling luggage at all. Breakfast was dry toast or dry cereal - no spreads, or butter, or milk. The guy at the front desk was picking at his feet and going barefoot when my husband walked by. The rooms are non-smoking, but the entire property reeked of weed. Not a good experience, and we will never stay there again.

The room I booked for the reservation wasn't available so I was given another room where the television and the lights were not working. I asked for help with the issues and was met with aggression at every turn the entire encounter. I then asked for a refund to go somewhere else and was told i had to contact Expedia since thats whom I booked the reservation with only to have Expedia tell me that they're not responsible for a refund and that my money had to come from the management at the motel which of course denied giving me anything but the same rude behavior. I'm out over 100 dollars due to having to Uber to a different place and this whole ordeal was a disaster and disappointing on behalf of the motel and this booking service

Last Resort

The beds completely messed my back up. The card to get into our room kept deactivating, the shower didn’t work and the bathroom looked nasty. I know it’s a super 8 but come on.

The ENTIRE hotel reeked of cigarettes. The lobby. The hallways. The rooms. Awful. Property says it has non smoking rooms, but that is probably a lie since it smells like Joe Camel died there.

Shady parking lot .. open window on ground floor to dining area .. no screen in window .. any animal could crawl in .. stairs steep and dark to get upstairs , not handicapped friendly , no elevator .. no break fast ( 3 twinkies on the counter ) rooms had awful smell , we had to buy air freshener . Horrible

Worst Hotel Ever

I did not even stay here. The room smelled so bad and the furniture was stained and horrendous looking. The guy at the front desk was such a jerk I didn't even go ask for my money back. My son-in-law and I went directly back to the car and left. Super 8 should not have locations like this dragging their name through the mud.

Spend $40 more to avoid hepatitis

Pillows had blood stains! The comforters were very dirty. The complimentary breakfast was actually worse then expected, and i had really low expectations. I asked for a cup to drink water and the front desk NPC said they didn’t have any. Dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom corners. Im surprised they even had toilet paper in the bathrooms. The towels were stained. The whole building smelled like cigarettes/weed/cigar smoke. Spend $40 more and dont risk hepatitis!

Reserved a King, originally put in a room with 2 doubles.. Got moved to a Queen. Hotel really run down. Dirty, stinky, people just loitering outside. Saw an itty bitty bug, believed to be a baby roach on my water bottle. Hopefully nothing hitch hiked its way to my home. I only booked this place because of the close proximity to Baxter Arena. Also, the location was actually really convenient, so I’ll give them that. Ended up leaving like 6 hours prior to my original time since I just could not wait to get out of there.
