Good night very pleasant and clean and nice customer service
Not a good neighborhood and dirty parking lot and area, but room was clean and spacious
The only thing i didn't like was that house keeping didn't clean under the beds or behind the stand that contains the microwave, fridge. Also there was some occupants across from my room that were loud all night.
Shabby, smelly, cheap but not even worth what was paid
When got into the room there was a terrible smell to cigarette and the bed had long hairs all over the carpet look like they heaven bacon for a while found insets running all over the carpet not worth of spending additional time there not even finish my stay had to find other accommodations some where else with better conditions
It was ok, we asked for a lower floor which we didn't get. The room felt old and the water in the sink was very difficult to adjust. Not the nicest Super 8 we have stayed at. The staff was fine.
This hotel is way overpriced for the conditions it was in. It is quite run down. It does appear that they are working on updating and repairing it. The employees are very hard to understand. The hallways are very dark at night. The vending machines were out of order. The breakfast was just okay (but free). Bathroom was a bit scary. The bed was however fairly new and comfortable. The carpet in our room looked new. You may want to spend the every money to stay down in Aksarben. I was thinking it was in Aksarben but this hotel is not and I would not recommend trying to walk to Aksarben from this hotel.
The bed felt broke down and the bath room could have used some extra cleaning. The vent was cover with dust and the faucet handle looked pretty gross under the plastic.
Bathtub was dirty and vending machines did not work.
Our room was ok, dirt around the floorboards and walls, we would not have noticed this, except the rollaway bed we requested by phone was given away to another room so we had one sleeping on the floor. Another guest who was handycaped had downsized her room on arrival so she did not have to do the stairs and the staff was rudely telling her it would cost more. When I asked if I could help I was rudely asked what is this to you and why are you talking?' I said I was trying to be a good citizen and was asked what is that suposed to mean? at that point I was afraid of what I would say so my reply was to say I am trying to be a good citizen by helping this lady, she is chaning to a smaller room (king to queen) and you are charging her more, just give her the room at the price quoted on the internet I walked away at that point. I was not pleased with the lady manager Sunday morning. I will stay here again, but I will have everything printed off and with me paid ahead of time and advise anyone else planning to do the same. If the location and price were not so reasonable, or I can find the same or better at a different location I will go elsewhere. I will also share this story with any of the other 3000 people who went to anime Nebraskon this past weekend,
Check in/out was speedy. Room keys didn't work 2nd day and had to be redone. Not a big problem. Good breakfast selection. Under some minor remodeling construction at the time, but didn't affect us at all. On busy road, some traffic noise. Courteous friendly staff. Overall, a good inexpensive stay.
Not great, but not a dump. It's pretty much what you would expect from a low price property. The important thing to me is that there were no problems. You get what you pay for, which is really all you should expect.
Even though I am a smoker the room had a very strong smoke oder. While out of the room somehow a library book went missing. It was later recovered and was returned before we left town. When searching for the book I lifted the matress and between it and the box springs there were 4 unopened condums.
the tv was old style (didn't like), the bed was a little on comfortable, it was clean for the most part but above the light in bathroom was some cob webs! the most think I liked bout the motel it was locked out after hours and clerk had to let you in or used room key!
I stayed for five days while visiting family in Omaha. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
The staff was wonderful, very friendly at the front desk. The rooms were clean, but nothing great. Towels and sheets were also clean, but poor quality. This location is ok - about 15 minutes from central Omaha. Overall a decent place to stay for such a cheap price.
I stayed here for a day, the location of the hotel is good. It is near to many restaurants and other stores. they had complimentary breakfast, free wi-fi. Only thing I felt missing was a frigde, a microwave and iron, iron board.
