Great place, but wish there was a coffee maker in the room. Otherwise staff was very helpful room was clean and great location.

Nice hotel. We got to our room and it was very cold, so we turned up the heat and went down for a drink. When we returned the room was the same temp. We tried calling the front desk but the phones didn’t work. So I went to the front desk and told them about the problem. The lady said she would send someone up. No one showed. So I went done and asked again and she said she forgot. She called a guy who told her the heat didn’t work in that room. She gave us a new room. When we got up there the room was a mess. Not cleaned from the last guest. Again the phones didn’t work so we went back downstairs and told them. They finally put us in a third room.

The lobby and lounge are nice. The staff was very kind but a bit green. Housekeeping needs a talking to... the bathroom walls and floor in the bathroom were pretty bad. It's all in the details, guys.

This is a very cool old building that was renovated into a hotel. While it's a cool concept, then owners did not put the necessary effort into the facility to provide a good experience. Low maintenance and cheaply done. Hard beds, and fairly dirty rooms.

The hotel staff were all great. Very helpful, pleasant to work with, just a delight.

Close to restaurants and business ... nice restaurant inside

Our first room looked like someone had been there as there was a key and a few items looked like they were used in the bathroom. The hotel quickly moved us to an upgraded room of which we had our entire stay. Construction was going on in the building but the staff handled it well. Loved the location in that we could walk the downtown area.

The rating is low based on the extremely rude and crass assistant manager. Unfortunately the valet scraped the paint on the passenger side door of my Jeep. The assistant manager called us later with an attitude from the start. We understand it is basically a "he said/she said" situation but to not offer an adult conversation regarding the matter is appalling. He was so insensitive and coarse we had to hang up the phone. This was to be a wonderful getaway for our 30th Wedding Anniversary but instead we come away with sadness and regret for selecting the Hotel Deco.

Good hotel. Very good location. Nice service. Exquisite design.

First off I would like to say that every person that works at this hotel was incredible. They were all so nice and accommodating. From the welcome person at the front desk to the person who parked my vehicle. It was an awesome experience and will be back for sure. Thank you for making our weekend awesome.

This was a very nice hotel on the fringe of old market. Very professional staff and nice rooms. Restaurants nearby as well as small grocery store. We would definitely consider staying again if we're in the area.

Loved the venue, close to everything, great and helpful staff. They also pick you up and take you to the airport as a courtesy. Overall A+

Room was spacious and we loved the deluxe shower. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. However, we could not sleep due to the street noise. Worse street noise we've ever had in a hotel. We noticed it when we checked in (3pm) when we realized we could hear people talking on the street even though we were on the 6th story of the building! Since the hotel is located in an area with lots of restaurants and clubs, there was noise all night long. The hotel has done a nice job in renovating the rooms, but unless the windows also get updated, I wouldn't stay here again.

The staff at the hotel were outstanding. We took a short weekend trip to Omaha to celebrate our anniversary. Upon arrival, because it was our anniversary, they comped us our valet parking and upgraded us to a suite. They were helpful with suggestions for places to eat and the complimentary shuttle was a nice touch, as were the complimentary beverages in the evening. They are undergoing a revovation for their restaurant, so breakfast was nothing to be excited about, but some basic yogurt and pastries. Location close to Old Market is great, but 8 below temps kept us from walking much. We would likely look to stay here again, we love old boutique hotels, and this is a great example.

The staff at Hotel Deco XV went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They were very kind and made our stay very enjoyable.

Great staff, nice views, worth the money. You can park the car and walk every where

1st trip to Omaha, I was in town for a concert. I was asking about parking down by the venue and the desk clerk said, "Don't worry about it we will drive you." It was so convenient and nice not to have to worry about driving around an unfamiliar town. Room was exquisite and very nice. Bed was huge and I LOVED the pillows! I will only stay at the Hotel Deco fron now on.

Great older motel. Will stay again. Liked being close to old market

When checking in it is a big deal to have your car valid because we revived attitude When asking for it. Second we ended up directly across from the elevator so if you are even a slight sleeper you will be woken by the load mouth people. Last but not least when making the reservations I asked do you have breakfast they reply yes we do. The breakfast was some little basket because they are undergoing a renovation in the kitchen something that should've been brought to my attention when I asked .

Room was stylish, clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
