Very noisy with police and fire sirens. The windows are not well insulated. There are two nightclubs next door and the police came to keep the peace. Not a nice neighborhood.

We found out on arrival that there parking deck will not accommodate large SUVs. We were able to park across the street in a lot, but had to rearrange our schedule to accommodate the overnight parking that ends at 8am, or be stuck paying more. The rooms could also use some fresh paint, particularly around trim.

The website stated there was airport pick up and drop off available, but I needed to call ahead. So I called ahead, confirmed pick up and was told to call again when I arrive at the airport. When I arrived, I called but there was no shuttle available. OK, sometimes there are mix-ups. But, when leaving, I went to the front desk, scheduled a shuttle to the airport and confirmed one would, in fact, be available. I was told, they even wrote my name and departing time down. When the time came to leave, no shuttle. I politely complained to the person at the desk, recounting the steps I took to ensure a shuttle (for arrival and departure) she couldn't even look me in the face. Why would they set her (and me) up like that?? The AC system in the room was horribly loud, it never stopped rattling unless you turned the system off, but then it would get upward of 80 degrees in the room. When I asked about it, they said someone would look into it. Someone did, but to no avail and they left the area filled with ceiling debris. When I asked about it again, the staff at the desk immediately avoided eye contact, apologized and stated they knew there was, and has been, problems with the AC. Why lie about it? The room was clean, the bed was ok, but the sheets were old and there was a rip on one side. However, the bathroom shower was gross; stuff in the drain kind of gross. And, the shower leaked everywhere causing discolored scum to build up around the bottom inside and outside.

Beautiful photos online! It was disappointing to see dirty walls, doors, and halls leading to the room. I do not recommend this hotel for the price we paid.

Frustrated with a delay over an hour with check in. Overall atmosphere of hotel was nice.

Hotel was nice, beds were comfortable, shower was nice.

For the price and being rated as a premier place to stay i was disappointed. The room was run down, there was no amenities unless you pay extra on top of the pricey room rate. The only way to get coffee was if you had a token. You were limited to one then you had to pay. Food could be obtained on premises at the upscale pricey restaurants because they got rid of the grab and go breakfast. Thank goodness there was restaurants near by. And even though i had paid upfront for my room they kept trying to charge my credit card for the stay. I had to tell them twice i had prepaid. The first time I stayed it was really nice but in less than 6 months it went down hill. I would recommend any place but there. Omaha has better places to stay that are cheaper.

For the asking price, the Hotel was run down. Had no ammenties, tokens for 1 cup of coffee after that you had to pay. Resturant

Love the restaurant and lounge. The spacious room and amazing shower. For $250 a night for 2 nights booked, I expected better in room entertainment with streaming service as well as comp breakfast each morning.

The room floor was not clean. The bathroom in particular was filthy with the shower drain clogged with a clump of hair. GROSS!

Very nice hotel, loved the shower. The bar and restaurant were very nice, but the parking was not so great. My rental car was a full sized truck which was to large for the valet parking, so I had to use public parking which cost me $28 for my one night stay.

Fantastic hotel, large room, great value for the money

We would love to be able to continue to support this beautiful piece of history in Omaha but won’t until they work on some issues. The first room we were put in was 85 degrees and the air was set on 60 so obviously not working. The room should have been checked before we came. We were put in another room. This one didn’t have any soap in the bathroom. Yuck. After being told by the desk personnel that someone would bring it right up, it never arrived. Alas, the air worked in this room, just not on auto, so it either went full blast and you froze or you had to get up and turn it off and within 30 minutes it was quite hot. The bathroom sink didn’t drain either. We did enjoy the valet parking and shuttle to the Old Market. The shower was pretty cool too.

this was a great hotel. awesome feature that allows free car service to anywhere 3 miles near the hotel. staff and rooms A++

Thank you so much for your feedback, I do apologize for the noise during your stay. The downtown area is very alive on the weekend. We hope to see your return soon.
