Check in took over an hour. The clerk, Linda, said that the way our reservation was made, she was unable to charge our incidental fees. She told us that we could go get cash for her and then ask for a refund when the day manger came in or that she could take a photo of our credit card on her personal phone and she would show it to the manager in the morning. After refusing both options, she finally figured out how to charge the fees to our account.

We loved how the room was decorated with old time school things! Beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean! A little disappointed they didn’t have a free breakfast of some sort.other than that we enjoyed the stay!

The entire property is cool, clean and unique. Some items in the room were starting to show wear. If you get a decent price, this is a reliable, clean stay.

The hotel has a college-life themed decor - which made it more fun than the standard generic hotel experience. The standard rooms are good-sized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a pet-friendly hotel which was key for us since we were traveling with our dog. The location is great - close to restaurants and cafes. I'd definitely stay there again.

Parking garage not good, too tight! Property was clean, friendly, and neat atmosphere

I liked the quirky decor and the location. Staff were friendly and the room was very clean. We were quite disappointed with the lack of amenities. We booked VIP, and were supposed to have free drinks and breakfast and neither existed. We were told that the restaurant on site was closed due to the pandemic, which is understandable. If certain things had been disclosed prior to booking, we may have reimagined our stay.

Such a cute place and in a really nice location. Felt very safe and the staff seemed to be going the extra mile on cleanliness. Will definitely stay here again on my next road trip.

Distinctive decor, wonderful service. The shuttle service to destinations is fantastic.

Unique and fun amenities and style. Close to a ton of restaurants.

Like location since son is at university Price good.

Everything about the actual stay was awesome but the week before I tried to call and ask some questions and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone! I had to email them. Someone called back right after I sent it though. But he actual stay was awesome.

It was a neat hotel. The price was right. Wish it had a hot tub.

Wonderful property. So unique to Lincoln and the Cornhuskers. Old time vibe and so much fun!!

Horrible staff, great rooms. Like the other Graduate chain hotels I've stayed in, this hotel has incredible decorations and was so clean and had incredible UNL themed decor. My big disappointment with my stay was the staff. In my interactions with the front desk, I felt like an afterthought. A word of advice: if you are talking to a customer, just talk to them. If you are on the phone, just do that. If you are talking to a colleague, just do that—don't do all three things at once. I was treated rudely and told blatantly wrong information (there isn't a hot tub!). Also, accommodations and solutions for customers with disabilities should be readily and warmly given. I needed help finding a ramp and it seemed like asking for this information was taboo/strange... which, as a person with disabilities, was offensive. Disappointed.
