It was a very nice hotel with a fun bar and staff. The location was close to other restaurants and was easy to find.

Was in town for a short business trip. Just needed a comfortable place to stay, not too far from campus, and wanted to be in a neighborhood with some restaurants and/or coffee shops worth walking to. This place fit the bill.

The location is just great. It's very close to places like hey market and grand theatre. It could be better if the hotel provides free breakfast!

I was surprised there was no complimentary continental breakfast. There was a $10 breakfast buffet, but all i wanted was just a roll and coffee.

It was great, room was comfy. wasnt expecting to pay for parking but over all a nice place.

Great location close to downtown,Hay market area and sports complex.

I didn't have any issues with the hotel until I tried to shower in the morning and I had only lukewarm water and no water pressure.

When I called about getting a room, I was told that we could park for free and that's why I chose this hotel. It was game day in Lincoln and my husband had been in an accident earlier this summer and couldn't walk very far so thought this would be great. I didn't have a problem paying extra for the room since the parking was going to be free. Well, when we went to check in, we were told that parking wasn't free but it was $8.00. OK, fine. We went ahead and paid it, what else could we do as the room was non-refundable. After the game, we chose to leave to go to the other side of town for dinner. When we got back, there was no parking place left for us. The only thing they could suggest was to squeeze into a spot that wasn't supposed to be a parking place. Then we found that there was no hot tub and not even an easy chair in the room. The room was very small and the beds were only full size. Breakfast was not included in the price and they charged $10 for the buffet. It was definitely not worth the money so won't probably stay here again.

Staff went above and beyond. Because of last minute guest addition on my part, we were upsized quickly and without additional charges to a larger room. Only complaint; Curtains were not dark enough to allow sleeping in a little later.

While the rooms and the lobby are nice, the HVAcs in the rooms vary from ancient and noisy to nice and new. For the first night, I had old and noisy. It cycled on and off with the heat every 5 minutes for one minute. Staff told me this was "normal". So no sleep the first night. Next night I demanded a different room and the maintenance guy walked with me through the Hotel to find a room with a new HVAC. Much more quiet operation and no audible cycling. The rooms themselves are nice but a little on the small side. Great PLUS is the free WiFi and the beds were comfortable. I used the Restaurant for breakfast and found the buffet to be somewhat limited, but affordably priced.

Very friendly staff and the location was great. I couldn't believe how close everything was to the hotel.

Room was neat but not overly clean. When I came back on the second day of my stay, they had not taken my trash out and did not leave me more shampoo or conditioniar and I had used it the day before so when I got ready for my shower much to my dismay I had to wash my hair with my shower gel. I had not packed shampoo/conditioniar as I knew I would have it in my room.

Location is priority! Staff are warm n helpful! Coffee n wifi available all the time. Free shuttle to n from airport. This made my trip easy n enjoyable !

Nice, comfortable, clean hotel in the heart of downtown and Haymarket. Good views of Lincoln if you stay on one of the top floors. Nice pool but no hot tub....also no continental breakfast. Parking garage attached so very convenient. Overall a good place to stay!

Facilities were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful.

For the price being over $100 I would have expected free continental breakfast. Also they wanted $7 to park in the hotel parking garage overnight when you had already paid to stay in their hotel....should have been complimentary parking for guests. We just had our son drop us off at the hotel and we still got a bill for the overnight parking which I had to ask be removed from our bill. The head of the bed was slanted down and the pillows were so fat that it made for very uncomfortable sleeping. I would not recommend this hotel or stay there again.

Room was fairly clean, but walls were thin ... could hear the people in the next room sneeze.

We had a very nice stay. We were able to check in early and promptly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the stadium and downtown. Our 2 children enjoyed the swimming pool, no spa though. We also enjoyed the managers reception with great service, snacks and drinks. Will go back.

The parking for the hotel was awful, didn't even think our vehicle would make it in the garage. We also had to pay for parking and with the price of the hotel parking on top of it was a bit much. I was also displeased with the fact that when I went to shower, my shower shut off on me 3 times within 10 minutes. I felt as though the hotel needed to be updated quite a bit. Overall I wasn't pleased with my stay!

On the whole not a huge problem but we ended up in a corner handicap accessible room that was just odd. The pipes were noisy and the shower didn't keep any water in. On the whole, the room felt very average (maybe a little below) but room service breakfast was exceptional.
