This is my standby hotel for when inclement weather could keep me from getting into work. It's fair price & eady to get to. The only knock is that the rooms smell a bit musty. But crack a window & that takes care of it.

Other than the difficulty finding exactly where the hotel is, the sign is small and not lit up, it was a pleasant stay. The staff was prompt. The breakfast was good, and we were happy that they serve until 11am. Noon check out time was nice, too.

Nice & clean. A comfortable 'homey' feel. Friendly staff. Wonderful free hot and/or cold breakfast... I'd call it "Complimentary Breakfast PLUS". We especially appreciate the Noon checkout time. Indoor pool. Hotel is in a perfect location for pretty much anywhere you are planning to go in Lincoln, NE. We've stayed there several times and will again.

We enjoyed almost everything about this hotel, especially the fact that it doesn't have short time frames to enjoy the amenities as most hotels do. Breakfast is served til 11:00 am and check out is at noon. That is really nice for people like me who are not early risers. We were just in town for an overnight getaway to enjoy the downtown and the hotel pool and hot tub. We were excited to hear upon our arrival that the pool was open 24/7, so we planned our entire night around swimming at about 10:30 and going to bed around midnight. We returned to the hotel at about 10:15 and were ready to cap off the night with a swim. We were disappointed that they had closed the pool from 10:00 to 11:30. I realize they have to put in chemicals at some point each day, but it was a Saturday night, at a prime hour for many adults who wanted to avoid many kids in the pool area. When they did open it back up at 11:30, it was crowded, with lots of kids. It probably wouldn't have been as crowded if people had been able to come and go for that hour and a half. Even if we had been told earlier it would be closed at that time, we would have stayed downtown for another hour.

Overall, its a nice staying. The location was good. Many stores and restaurants near the hotel. Its 3miles from the East campus of UNL. The room was quite bigger than my expectation. Its also clean. The breakfast was just ok.

the bed was a little hard other wise great hotel great location, I will return!

Great rooms, great price. Small elevator. And seemed to have a strong smell of smoke throughout the hotel.

We stayed for one night on our way through Lincoln. While it looked a little questionable from the outside, I was pleasantly surprised at the obvious care of the hotel. Everything was wonderfully clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is a bit obscure; it's not especially close to anything in particular, but the hotel is definitely a great value.

Friendly staff; excellent location; nice room. Very enjoyable stay!

Just as the first time. Easy check in, clean and comfortable room. The Continental breakfast was okay except the bisquits for the bisquits and gravey were hard as a rock.

Check in was quick and easy. Parking was convenient. There were plenty of eating establishments near by. The bed was very comfortable. I would absolutely stay there again!

After a long day of driving thru bitter cold and wicked winds, the Victorian was perfection. The only trick was finding it, as it is five miles from the interstate. The reception and service from Claire, the desk manager, was outstanding, including the list of restaurants that delivered. The room was spacious and spotless, and well-thought out with little amenities like extra outlets on the nightstand or on the desk. And the quality of other details was wonderful. . . the softest and most plush towels. And the absolutely spectacular jet tub in the bath. The lobby was inviting, the pool and spa open all night, the hallways warm despite the subzero temperatures. The Victorian also offers their breakfast for more time than I have seen anywhere else, from 5am to 10am, and the standard checkout time is noon -- the extra hour is very much appreciated after a late arrival and long sleep.

I can't believe this was only rated as a 2 star hotel because it was very clean, good sized room with large flat screen tv, microwave and small refrigerator. We are very please with the room and the price and would definately stay there again. The breakfast was very minimal but adequite. There was a problem with the thin walls. You could hear everything in the hallways and the other rooms.

The room was very clean and roomy. Liked the fact that it had a refrigerator and microwave plus the flat screen tv was huge. The bed was comfortableand loved the large mirror in the bathroom. The breakfast had only bare necessities but for the price was fine with that. The carpet did need to be stretched as it had a bulge in the middle. The staff was pleasant. Was only a couple of blocks from Outback. Would we stay they again....absolutely!

The beds were too hard for our taste. If you like biscuits and gravy everyday for breakfast then you'll like their free breakfast. We left our room early in the morning and our room was still not made up by 3:00 in the afternoon. Not a bad place to stay, but very average.

Thank you for staying with us! We are glad you found us and enjoyed a great stay! Our location is tucked back a bit from he main road, but we are conveniently located near so many shopping and dining options and it is easy to get to many main routes to anywhere in town. We do offer our complimentary breakfast longer than other hotels - it is available from 5 am to 11 am every day. Early risers and late sleepers can still get their day started off with many options for breakfast. Thank you again and we hope you will come back soon!.

We appreciate you sharing your thoughts about our hotel and we are pleased you enjoyed your stay. We do apologize for the inconvenience of the pool being out of service for part of your stay. There never is a good time to do any maintenance on the pool in a hotel, but we must do it for the safety and comfort of our guests. We hope you still got some time at the pool with the extended hours. We appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again!
