Every staff person we came in contact with was personable and friendly. Some of our room (#526) had issues/ general wear. The text service to concierge was nice and convenient. I didn't realize that we would pay for parking daily, which was a bit of a shock with the amount we had paid to stay at the hotel.

Rooms were ok but showing age, bathroom could have been cleaner. Pool was freezing cold and filled with kids whose parents were not watching them. My toddler kept getting splashed and ran into by rude kids. The pool was chaos and we left after 10 min and so did other families.
