Embassy Suites Omaha - Downtown/Old Market

This was the first time in Omaha. The hotel was beautiful. The atrium setting was gorgeous. The location was perfect. Near restaurants and nightlife. The only recommendation is more comfortable beds.

Problems with our check in. Didn't have our reservation, said we were a no show for the previous night. Unfriendly staff at front counter during check in. Sofa sleeper had dirty sheets on it when we went to use it. Housekeeping just handed us clean sheets. No offer to change bedding and take dirty sheets or any type of apology. We threw dirty sheets out into the hallway. They were still lying there at 10:30 when we went to check out. Breakfast was so-so. Nothing great. Will not go back. Valet staff was also terrible except for the nice man that got our car for us .

We stayed over a weekend. Great location for the Old Market area. The hotel seemed very basic. The center atrium was very nice but it made the noise level very loud. Every time Nebraska scored in the football game playing in the bar, we heard the shouts three floors away.Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Mediocre at best, pleasant for a hotel in Midwest didn't enjoy

The hotel was great. Manager's special was very nice. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice.

It was a great location for a girls evening. Thanks for the hospitality.

You can't get a better location than this! Right in the heart of downtown Omaha. However, I was overall not impressed and probably won't be staying here again. The room I reserved is not the room I was given upon check-in. I was moved to a handicapped-accessible room, which is fine, however, the shower rod for the hand-held shower head was broken. The hotel is quite large and upon check-in no one gave direction about where the room was located. Sorely disappointed.

Great Location...Mediocre Hotel...Staff was rude and cost of stay wasn't worth the location. We are going to Omaha this weekend again but staying in Council Bluffs...1/3 the cost and better hotel. We will simply pay for a cab...or a Limo for the money saved.

We loved the location. The staff was very friendly. THe room had a musty smell as if it had water damage.

The hotel has GREAT location! We literally walked across the street and BAM, we were in old market! The rooms are very clean, the staff is great, and the complimentary breakfast is to die for!

For the price internet, CNBC and parking should be included. Everyone knows the rates will be jacked up for the CWS but add some value for it.

If you are spending time in the Old Market this location doesn't get any better!

I expected an expensive downtown hotel with nothing to offer. However, the pool, hot tub, and made to order breakfast was great. The for happy hour drinks didn't hurt either. In the atrium area it was great seating and visiting area that made you feel like you were outside. I'd go back anytime.

If you like to shop the Old Market area, this location is perfect. Easy walking distance to great dining and shopping.

They charge for WiFi!?! That is as old not providing free refills on coffee, soda, and tea. Outside that there is tons of things to do in that area.

We had several rooms booked for my son's wedding. The Embassy Suites is close to the airport. It's directly connected to the Old Town District with shops, restaurants, bars, and other attractions. The rooms were lovely--clean--comfortable beds! I have no complaints! It was a great stay!

The hotel has great extras like the manager's reception, breakfast, and suite style accommodations. However the room we stayed in was extremely dirty. The floor around the toilet seemed to have sewage water that had leaked and stained the floor, there were stains on the end table and dining table that we cleaned, and the art work in the main room had something thrown at it and had dried. The breakfast while nice that it is "complimentary" had pseudo eggs and other items that had the appearance of breakfast food but did not have any taste. We would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a clean place to stay.

We always enjoy our stay here. Great location near the old market. Very handy to walk to a concert.

Everything was very very good, we were in the presdents' suite. Only things were, the coffee pot did not work. Also the shower could have put out more water. We really did enjoy having so much room - we had all our family there. Thank you for great service.

The staff was amazing,
