Everything was great, until we went to checkout at 4:50 am. There was nobody at the front desk for us to retrieve our car key fob from the valet service. We looked all over, and found the front desk attendant outside smoking weed.

I love staying at Embassy Suites. Clean facilities friendly staff and top notch valet service. Only a few down sides to out stay. One was lack of Luggage racks. It seemed there was only 2. The second and I am sure the it was beyond the staff's control but the eggs, sausage and pancakes were cold when we came down for breakfast and it was only 7:45 am. Not a deal breaker for me it is still one of my favorite hotels in the area. Keep up the great work.

Clean room to start however when I needed to call front desk, one phone was out of order and the other sent me to voice mail for the desk. When I asked the cleaning staff for help, they couldn’t help me as they didn't speak English. The shower handle spun to dial your desired temp but was broken in a way that the handle would fall to extremely HOT and burned unless you could hold it with one hand at a good temperature and try to apply soap with the other.
