Element Omaha Midtown Crossing

Recent guest reviews

We drive cross country regularly and we always make a point to stay here (and get take out from Mother India). :-) Anyway, it's really nice to see hotels that understand what travelers expect during their stays. The accommodations are exceptional. This is truly a place where the hotel treats you with the same respect they expect from their guests. Highly recommended.

This placed hit on so many things. Price (under 125/night), room amenities (full fridge, kitchen, dishwasher, eating area, lounge area, roomy bathroom), clean, nice beds, great service at the front desk, etc.

Friendly front desk, breakfast average, good location, clean room

Enjoyed our stay. Location was close to our daughters apartment. Room was comfortable and staff was helpful.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the Element hotel. The stay exceeded our expectations in every way. The front desk was efficient and friendly. Our room on the 7th floor provided great views of part of the city. The room was spotless and contained microwave, fridge, coffee maker, safe, etc. We were spoilt for choices in the breakfast room which was serviced by very friendly and helpful staff. We ate at Crave (they provide room service if preferred) just two minutes away from the hotel. The food was excellent. Our one quibble was that we were asked to pay to park in the multistory lot. Although it wasn't much ($6 overnight) we felt the action to be somewhat petty. Nevertheless, we loved the hotel and plan to return on our 26th anniversary.

As always a great hotel stay- highly recommend. Walk to movies dinner and drinks- great park near by for waking the dogs- pet friendly w/ no fee. Parking available in their ramp.

The room and location were nice, when we tried to warm up the room in the night, the front desk clerk told us there was nothing we could do because of the system. I went down to the front and got a couple of blankets. We checked out in the morning, the morning staff said the night manager should have known how to reset the room temperature from the front desk. Very frustrating, we would have stayed another night except it was to cold in the room, due to improperly trained staff.

A quiet space with surprisingly modernist amenities and design. A great surprise for Omaha.

I love this hotel. Every time I'm in Omaha this is my go-to place. The room is what makes the difference. The fixtures, furniture, and layout are all high-end. And the bed linens are exquisite. The whole hotel gives a very modern and progressive feeling.

This is close to interstate access. The Old Market area is about one mile away for some great food and a Farmer's Market on Saturday. The parking ramp is an extra charge.

Great 4 day stay. Hardly left the room and when we did it was only to eat. Sorry if my girlfriend got a little loud at times. Hubba, hubba. To the staff: really sorry about those sheets but it couldn't be avoided. You're the best!

Excellent value at prime location for attending local events

We booked this hotel last minute (2 hours before arrival) while driving cross country and were pleasantly surprised with the Element. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and got us up to our room quickly. The room had two comfy queen beds, was clean, and had more than we even needed for a quick stay (kitchen complete w/dishwasher!) but would be ideal for anyone staying more than a few days. The Noon checkout was also an added bonus as it allowed us more time before meeting friends for brunch.

The hotel was very nice and oriented towards the green (reduce, recycle, reuse) philosophy. It has a more modern decor but based on the above philosophy. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was totally interested in providing us with a happy experience.

Midtown Crossing is a happening place. Just off run bypass it is convenient to downtown and anywhere you need to be in omaha. The room set up is for extended business stays with a kitchen fully equipped. Breakfast is a delight. Not the usual waffle bar and cereals. It's not the Ritz but very nice in its own right.

This was my second stay at the Element and its was terrific!!!. Im a frequent visitor to Omaha and have stayed at many of the hotels in the downtown area, and nothing comes close tot he Element.

A nice, clean modern hotel in an area of new development (near a nice variety of restaurant and shopping options including a large grocery all just steps away from the hotel. Great coffee spot/patisserie across the street). Very comfortable accommodations that felt new and updated: modern kitchenette, clean modern bathroom with white tile and large walk-in shower, above counter modern sink. Bedroom was small but comfortable. Cloud-like bed had nice white linens and white feather bed with crisp white duvet cover (no dated coverlet or comforter). The only complaint was the TVs could have been better quality and didn't offer many channels. Free wi-fi worked great for phone and laptop. Would stay there again on a return trip.

We were impressed with this hotel. The rooms are very modern, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also very good. Compared to other Omaha area hotels we've tried, this is our favorite.

We like staying here--comfortable, great location w/ restaurants and coffeeshops closeby, wonderful in house breakfast, modern professional atmosphere, competent & helpful staff, PLUS it's green!

We had a fine experience at the Omaha Elements Hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful, breakfast was very good, and the room / bed quite comfortable. It offers an excellent location value plus quality accommodation. Only recommendation is to have movies available for in-house viewing and a few standing lamps for reading purposes: the overhead light was a tad too harsh. Overall, well worth trying.
