Great Check in and check out. Rooms spacious and clean. Parking isn’t over priced. Love Turner Park being so close. Great for families with fur babies!!

The staff was not very friendly or attentive. I did not get a welcoming feel from them. Something as simple as having a friendly and energetic person greet you can make a world of difference.

This was perfect for my family of four and two dogs. Room amenities were fantastic and location was convenient with the parking garage. Very clean and up to date hotel.

Everything was great as always. The only small issue we had was our room key wasn't working twice but they quickly resolved it.

I love how modern the hotel looks and how comfortable the beds are. The staff is always very friendly and willing to help. I've never had an issue with cleanliness and I enjoy the later check out time.

Super cool place to stay with awesome rooms and great breakfast! Even had some French toast made special for us. Had great communication other than they do not disclose the fact that you are charged $50 as a holding deposit for potential damages; they say they’re taking your credit card on file that you booked with, but not that they’re charging. This does drop off though! My charge came off after the weekend, we stayed for one night. Unsure if it is nightly charged or just flat rate. Very friendly and it didn’t bother me too much, just unexpected. Be prepared for that. Was also neat to see all the pets staying there!

Convenient. Clean and pleasant. Appreciate good parking.

Front desk personnel were never at desk. Took 10 minutes for them to show up just to check in. When we went to check out, other staff members had to look for the clerk. When we got to our room, the floors looked liked they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The sink was plugged in the kitchen area. It was just one thing after another. We won't be back.

Good location, easy in and out. Great room amenities.

We checked in at 2;30am on Christmas morning and were greeted by a very friendly and funny night clerk. Even though we were weary from travel, he made the instructions on how to get to the room and parking as clear as possible. We slept so well that morning and felt ready to go with 6 hours of sleep in a nice quiet hotel. Thank you, we will be back again. Miriam

We drive cross country regularly and we always make a point to stay here (and get take out from Mother India). :-) Anyway, it's really nice to see hotels that understand what travelers expect during their stays. The accommodations are exceptional. This is truly a place where the hotel treats you with the same respect they expect from their guests. Highly recommended.

This placed hit on so many things. Price (under 125/night), room amenities (full fridge, kitchen, dishwasher, eating area, lounge area, roomy bathroom), clean, nice beds, great service at the front desk, etc.

Friendly front desk, breakfast average, good location, clean room

Enjoyed our stay. Location was close to our daughters apartment. Room was comfortable and staff was helpful.
