Room was not cleaned n made up. Only sandwitches available

The $10 parking garage fee was a huge dislike as well as the $50 incidental holding fee. Parking garage ticket systems were down so the tickets did not work most of the time and having to take 2 elevator rides from the 5th floor and validate parking every time a person comes & goes during a pandemic is also extremely inconvenient.

For the price Of a room it is a joke we had to Pay $10 for parking. In all my years I’d a travel I have NEVER been charged for parking unless it was to park/fly. Never charged as an overnight guest for parking. We had to request a mini fridge be brought to our room bc it wasn’t there. Since breakfast wasn’t open d/t covid we were shocked that they offered breakfast to some but would charge us bc we didn’t have a high enough tier status. We were aware due to covid the pool would be closed which was understandable. They have an app for a virtual key that only 1 person could get which was inconvenient and we had to request an actual key. The curtains had cigarette burn holes despite being told it was a smoke free room. Bedding had stains. For $163 a night plus pay for parking, no amenities due to covid it was a complete rip off. Price should have been dropped not charging more for every little thing. Never again will we stay there

The hotel was very accommodating. We ordered room service which was delivered quickly and arrived hot. They phoned later to inquire how it was. The staff was very friendly and eager to please. Will definitely stay there again!

Close to the event i was attending. Able to walk and not have to deal with parking.

Everything was great however, the round about for parking was constantly full of people and hard to drive through & our toilet handle kept getting stuck and so the toilet kept running. We would have to make sure to push it back up every time. So I would just get that fixed so it doesn’t waste water and also doesn’t make so much noise. Also it took a while for the shower/bath to stop dripping when you turned it off. Also wasting water.

The bathtub was filthy there’s a problem with the plumbing so we had to switch rooms

Would like the ability to order movies from the TV.

Location and views were excellent, decent shuttle service. Most of the staff were great, except for the short guy - seemed to have a chip on his shoulder. The beds and pillows were fine but it looked like a demogorgon had crawled out of the bathroom sink! Black stained streaks and cracks - I can't even imagine what happened there.

This is the second July in a row I have stayed here and the pool has been closed!!! Plus, the front lobby smelled like damp rugs. It was a terrible smell every time I walked into the lobby...GROSS!

Very clean room, comfortable beds. Breakfast was expensive for a family and you had to pay extra for parking.
