This property has been renovated to make it look and feel like a regular 5 star hotel. The decor is beautiful and the rooms are like new. There are a few minor things that make my rating just shy of perfect. There is no Kleenex in the room necessitating me placing small roll of toilet paper on my bedside stand to flow my runny nose in. There were no hand towels in the bathroom which made us substitute a wash cloth for one. There was only one washcloth in the bathroom. The orange juice machine in the breakfast room dispensed cold water. The breakfast had waffles and biscuits and gravy which was great, but lacked any fruit or yogurt.

Good value, but if b-fast important- pass.
Pleasant staff. Good value. Breakfast leaves much to be desired to say the least. Has waffles, but no eggs, no breakfast meats at all. Tiny cups. And no knives to cut the waffle with. Bed was comfortable and room nice size. 2nd day, i went elsewhere for breakfast.

Property was great for the price but linen needed updating and we found one roach on the wall. So we gave an overall rating a 3. Correct those it would be fine.

I deserve a refund
The towels were filthy, bathtub was clogged, smelled stale like someone had smoked in there. When new towels were offered what was given were hand towels and body towels. No face towels were given. It was very embarrassing and we ended up not comin back until around 3am just because we really didn't want to stay there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they were a meth attic. I will never stay here. Asked for manager to contact me and it has never been done. We would've been better off stayin at home. Oh yeah, and breakfast was disgusting. Belgian waffle maker batter tasted like it had extra sugar in it and there were sausage biscuit gravy....the orange juice looked like water. He did get new juice and he was nice but he lied about the manager comin at 9am. We waited around for one. It was then stated that one would not be there. This is by far the worst hotel I have been to. The rep I spoke with at hotels.com was very nice though.

The room was relatively clean. I could hear everything in the room next to me. Including their amen that went off for more than an hour in the morning. The towels were stained ancient appear clean. There was no hot water in the shower. The website says there is a gym. The gym seems to be permanently closed. If you want a good nights sleep,a hot shower, clean towels or a gym, I would not recommend staying here.

The rooms were very disappointing. The sheets were dirty, the towels had stains on them, there was chips in the toilet seat, the shower was stained, and there were numerous bugs in the room. The breakfast was minimal. The staff was taking a personal phone call while checking us in and didn’t provide information on wifi or breakfast times during check in. The vending machines were not stocked. The bed frames were metal and made clicking noises when two people sat on them. The hotel isn’t close to anything significant.
