Very nice hotel and it was great for families. The Waterpark area was out of towels for a very long period of time and they ran out of bottled water in their vending/store area, but the rest of the stay was great. We plan to go back.

The hot tub was just another pool. It wasn’t even warm. They made us check in an hour late because the “rooms weren’t ready”. When we asked to talk to the manager the manager was extremely rude. We almost missed our dinner reservation because we couldn’t get into our room until 5:30pm when check in was at 4.

A decent family getaway.

The hotel was decent but the pool was not very warm the first night and the floor of the pool was gritty with debris even the next day. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. However, they had a hard time keeping enough towels clean and dry for the pool and only gave enough room towels for one round of showers. Burger theory in the building was slow, way overpriced ($10 for 5 tiny chicken strips), the buns were stale, and we couldn't get the waitress to refill our kids drinks.

It took almost 30 minutes to check in. There was apparently only one employee working the entire hotel. We waited at the front desk with multiple other guests waiting for an employee to check us in. It took 30 minutes for someone to show up and there were multiple people in front of us who waited longer.

Good hotel

It was fine. The king beds are very comfortable. I would recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Downtown traffic can be a bit loud.

The front desk and the older gentleman at the property were friendly and helpful. They were able to get us in for an early check in and the gentleman that may have been the maintenance guy, not sure was walking around the entrance of the hotel and super friendly.
