Was very disappointed, when we checked in they gave us a room that hadn’t been cleaned! Trash hanging on closet door and in waste paper basket, left over food in refrigerator, you could tell beds hadn’t been changed!! In all my years of traveling have never come a cross anything like this!

DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR BREAKFAST!!! They do not charge for breakfast!! I only got refunded $30 of the extra $60 I paid to include breakfast with the reservation. Breakfast is only eggs, sausage, toast, yogurt, cereal, and blueberry muffin every single day!!! It was crowded over the weekend and nothing like the other holiday inns I’ve stayed in. The room was mediocre. There was no way to order any movies and the tv cut out a few times. The halls were loud with children and with a busy street outside there was constant loud traffic all night. The shower drained incredibly slow. They only give one small trash can with two liners that would only hold one diaper each. There is no turn down service so they do not clean the room each night. The water park was a nice feature but it was overly crowded over the weekend. There is one large slide but with tons of kids that all go at once and aren’t safe makes it hard to enjoy for everyone else. The splash area was the only area for little ones but not overly little. With all the kids running around my one year was limited where she could play. The hot tub was warm but not hot like is expected. Most of the jets were out and the ones that were on weren’t very strong. The pool was nice but again over ran by unattended kids. There are no lifeguards so kids just run around the place. Overall it was just mediocre. Definitely not worth $140 a night.

Attractive super location, nice milieu; too many characters in this review

The room was excellent, bed was very comfortable, size of room was great, coffee in the morning was awesome, clean, got early check in, shuttle to and from was amazing (Laura), two t.v.'s and extra sitting room was very appreciated. The only negatives were the paper-thin walls and parking lot was a mess trying to get out. Too much snow not removed. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and quick!

Everything was wonderful it was a great experience

I had an overall excellent experience at this hotel for my two night stay. There was a minor hiccup, probably a once in a blue moon hiccup! But the staff compensated me for the trouble and were very hospitable. My room was very clean and comfortable, I have no complaints. Thanks to Andrew, Matt, and the rest of the staff for making my stay a great one!

Hotel itself was nice and clean. Thought it was overpriced for what it was. We ate the breakfast buffet at Burger Theory and it wasn't good. Kept running out of food, there weren't very many options and the options they had were usually cold. Would not recommend eating breakfast there.

Good hotel. Back (parking lot door) locked at night was inconvenient

Arrived after dark - area not particularly well lit. Could not tell which parking lot or entrance - no obvious signage. Check in clerk seemed disinterested although once he got started he was sufficient. Room was good, clean although lighting seemed dim. Bed comfortable. TV would not work. After pulling cabinet back from wall I found it unplugged. Found out why when I attempted to turn off - TV would not turn off.

We were there to check out Creighton University which was two minutes away from the hotel. The toilet shakes and feels it wasn’t bolted properly, everything else of the stay was great.

Stayed here for the Gallup summit and the staff were so accommodating - arranging drop offs and pickups at various locations around the city. Thank you all!

Sold my room out from under me!!! Then orbitz did nothing about it also after I brought it to there attention!!!

We booked one reservation with 3 rooms. When we checked in, we were surprised that our rooms were on different floors. When we asked if there were any rooms closer together, we were told "hotel is sold out. Sorry." 2 of the 3 rooms had key card issues that required extra trips to the front desk. Parking was difficult, as this hotel shares a parking lot with the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Pool area was enjoyed by the kids. No lifeguards and no life jackets. Did appreciate that the room had 2 King Beds instead of the standard 2 Queen beds. Thankful this was only for one night, frustrated that our rooms weren't near eachother. I put I wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends, but that's with a caveat of "No, I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are traveling with multiple rooms and wish to be near eachother, if you don't care that your 3 rooms are on multiple floors, then this hotel will work."

Nice layout and furnishings. Love having a coffee pot and refrigerator. Two TVs and a sofa. All great. Very noisy. There is little sound-proofing. Because of the attached water park, there are a lot of children and you can hear all the little feet and accompanying noise. That was disappointing and cost the hotel a star. Service in the restaurant was abysmal. There were very few patrons and plenty of staff, but it still took 18 minutes from the time that we were seated until we received coffee. There was plenty more waiting to come, but the coffee waiting was most critical! The service the night before was somewhat better, but not good enough to sustain a free-standing restaurant.

Long wait for check in. Stained chair in room and long hair on my pillow. Paper thin walls. Complained to management twice about pounding. No noise enforcement. Drunk people loitering in halls.

Grand children loved the pool, will be back Just a get away few days with our family, ideal location, childrens museum just a short distance away

Good location in a very walkable city. Excellent and very helpful staff, from front desk to housekeeping to van drivers.

We were told free breakfast and then we're charge $14 a person. If they can adjust this and make it right with us we'd stay again in the future!

This hotel is comfortable and convenient to both the work locations and downtown. The hotel is clean, good staff, and the restaurant/bar next door delivers good food.
