One particular staff member at front desk was extremely rude. My wife and two kids (6 & 1) arrived at 715pm, check-in on website says as early as 3pm, lady pointed at sign that says 4pm and says website is wrong and room isnt ready... said short staffed and didnt know when it will be ready. No apology just excuses. Finally got a room after 9pm. Room was dirty. White socks were black after walking on laminate floor in room. Feet stuck to tub floor when taking shower. Mini fridge had sticky liquid and crusty food residue inside. Found stinky wet life vests from water park in closet. No coffee maker in room and when i asked for one i got one that was broken. Talked to staff in restaurant that is connected and they said unfortunately our situation has become common around there. In fact, a couple sitting behind us in the restaurant overheard our situation and had a very similar thing happen to them the night before with same hotel and same staff member. That extremely kind-hearted couple bought our meal as they left and told our waitress that they wanted to do something to help our vacation go a little better because our kids, and they also understood what we were dealing with since they just did the night before. Never had that happen before, and wish we could thank that couple. Says a lot when you are treated better by fellow guests than some of the staff. In all, a fun little water park for kids but suggest not staying at this location. Very dissapointed.

we liked the water park for some added entertainment. The restuarant, Burger Theory (attached) was very good! Rooms were updated and clean.

Great hotel!

The pool was super busy and super full of chemicals but overall was a great stay

We’ve stayed at this hotel before and that stay was ok. This time was very disappointing. The “waterpark” room is very wet. There is rust everywhere. You can’t use the bathrooms because it is gross. Toilet paper is damp, floors soaking wet (not because of the pool). No pool towels available either. Our room floor you could tell wasn’t cleaned at all. Very sticky. We had no towels at all. I called the front desk at 9 and at 2 I had to call again to get towels because we still didn’t have them. Ice machines were either off or out of ice on every floor. We had a hand injury and I had to go ask the restaurant for ice. Very loud. Lots of kids running the halls. You could tell one room was over stuffed either people. There is not enough parking. One small lot that two hotels use.

Staff was friendly. We stayed 3 nights & had no housekeeping the entire stay. I was told by a cleaning person we needed to request that but no one had provided with this information. The ceilings are very thin & we had running elephants above us all night. Won't be staying at this property in the future!

Was very disappointed, when we checked in they gave us a room that hadn’t been cleaned! Trash hanging on closet door and in waste paper basket, left over food in refrigerator, you could tell beds hadn’t been changed!! In all my years of traveling have never come a cross anything like this!

DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR BREAKFAST!!! They do not charge for breakfast!! I only got refunded $30 of the extra $60 I paid to include breakfast with the reservation. Breakfast is only eggs, sausage, toast, yogurt, cereal, and blueberry muffin every single day!!! It was crowded over the weekend and nothing like the other holiday inns I’ve stayed in. The room was mediocre. There was no way to order any movies and the tv cut out a few times. The halls were loud with children and with a busy street outside there was constant loud traffic all night. The shower drained incredibly slow. They only give one small trash can with two liners that would only hold one diaper each. There is no turn down service so they do not clean the room each night. The water park was a nice feature but it was overly crowded over the weekend. There is one large slide but with tons of kids that all go at once and aren’t safe makes it hard to enjoy for everyone else. The splash area was the only area for little ones but not overly little. With all the kids running around my one year was limited where she could play. The hot tub was warm but not hot like is expected. Most of the jets were out and the ones that were on weren’t very strong. The pool was nice but again over ran by unattended kids. There are no lifeguards so kids just run around the place. Overall it was just mediocre. Definitely not worth $140 a night.

Attractive super location, nice milieu; too many characters in this review

The room was excellent, bed was very comfortable, size of room was great, coffee in the morning was awesome, clean, got early check in, shuttle to and from was amazing (Laura), two t.v.'s and extra sitting room was very appreciated. The only negatives were the paper-thin walls and parking lot was a mess trying to get out. Too much snow not removed. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and quick!

Everything was wonderful it was a great experience

I had an overall excellent experience at this hotel for my two night stay. There was a minor hiccup, probably a once in a blue moon hiccup! But the staff compensated me for the trouble and were very hospitable. My room was very clean and comfortable, I have no complaints. Thanks to Andrew, Matt, and the rest of the staff for making my stay a great one!

Hotel itself was nice and clean. Thought it was overpriced for what it was. We ate the breakfast buffet at Burger Theory and it wasn't good. Kept running out of food, there weren't very many options and the options they had were usually cold. Would not recommend eating breakfast there.

Good hotel. Back (parking lot door) locked at night was inconvenient

Arrived after dark - area not particularly well lit. Could not tell which parking lot or entrance - no obvious signage. Check in clerk seemed disinterested although once he got started he was sufficient. Room was good, clean although lighting seemed dim. Bed comfortable. TV would not work. After pulling cabinet back from wall I found it unplugged. Found out why when I attempted to turn off - TV would not turn off.

We were there to check out Creighton University which was two minutes away from the hotel. The toilet shakes and feels it wasn’t bolted properly, everything else of the stay was great.

Stayed here for the Gallup summit and the staff were so accommodating - arranging drop offs and pickups at various locations around the city. Thank you all!

Sold my room out from under me!!! Then orbitz did nothing about it also after I brought it to there attention!!!
