The pool was very green, couldn't even get in it. The TV in the room did not work and couldn't get ahold of or find anyone at the front desk. There were homeless people roaming the lobby and begging for food in the lobby and attached restaurants. Parking was not free.

Great stay

Good stay, great restaurants on-site. Did not check out the pool/waterpark, but looked fun! Only downsides I would say is that the shower is not a walk in, parking is not free, and there is not complimentary breakfast. Otherwise, a clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. Also had a digital check-out! Will be back!

Check in with Ana was quick and easy. Ana was super helpful and gave knowledgeable advice about eating options in the area! Pool and slides great! Hot tub was not hot. Gym was really hot not sure if ac wasn’t working. Also one of the cable machines cable was broken. We had to pay for a gym day pass to another gym. Other than gym and hot tub it was a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

What we loved: The room was the perfect size for our family! We had two queen beds with the extra bed that has a trundle, so we all slept great! The mattresses and pillows were VERY comfortable! I also appreciated the Dove products (shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion). The location was great, and the size of the pool/waterpark area was good for the price! The buffet breakfast was delicious and definitely got us set for the day! However, the Dove products weren't fully stocked in our room (conditioner was basically empty). The hot tub was the same lukewarm temp as the pool. The arcade coin machine wasn't working (and it's a no cash facility), so we couldn't take advantage of the arcade like we'd hoped. Paying $15/person for the buffet was a bit expensive for 5 of us each morning. The food was great, but it'd be nice to have a cheaper option included in the price of the room. Parking was also $15 a day, even though we parked out front, which we were told was free. Overall, we had a great stay, but I'm not sure we'll stay again for that amount of money (room, breakfast, parking).

The physical plant has shortcomings. There was no desk chair. One of the televisions didn’t work. Bedside lamp had burned out bulb. Refrigerator was “Luke-cold,” not nearly cold enough.

We felt like either the food option should be cheaper, have limited but free options, or have an option where you can trade in water park wrist bands could be traded in for a free breakfast. At a hotel in Spokane, we were able to get free breakfast at a restaurant next door but they only offered limited options on what was free and a discount on the other options. When I booked the hotels, I always toggled the filter for free breakfast, so I’m not sure how this hotel got placed under that otherwise we might not have stayed here to be honest cause we were on a really long roadtrip so we just didn’t want to have to worry about breakfast some mornings. Everything else was great though, room was very comfortable.

Nice hotel. Big room. Very comfy bed. Good TV with HBO. Very good breakfast but it costs $15. Parking is $15. Pet fee $25. The extra charges were not a surprise, but altogether, they added a lot to the cost of our stay and made it less of a value than it first appeared.

Food was great our shower wouldn’t turn on at first finally got it on had to have maintenance come shut it off after we called 2 times first time we called they said they would be up in 15 minutes didn’t happen we took 45 minutes to eat breakfast went back to room shower still on we left for the zoo and stopped at the desk to complain about and the lady said it would be fixed When we got back to the room it was fixed The other problem was the air conditioning when we walked in it was 55 in the room the room would not warm up there was a note on the thermostat saying to go to the air conditioner to control temperature and on the air conditioner there was a note to go to the thermostat It was very frustrating we had to shut off the air conditioner to try to warm the room up there was issues in that room which was room 227

The hotel was okay. We had mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom as there is no ventilation for when you shower. Breakfast was ok, but the pool isn’t anything spectacular. Geared towards younger kids the slide and regular pool is whereby my 8& 10 yea Old played. Additional parking fee for lot parking. Not covered or anything.
