There are NOt 2 restaurants, there is no bar, no wine no beer. No coffee creamer. The one restaurant was riddled with flies. Could be a very nice place with a bit more effort

The views from you cabin are spectacular with the Grand Tetons off in the distance. Also makes for a great location as you are only 10 minutes away from the north entrance to the Grand Tetons Park. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. However there was no mini-fridge, microwave, TV or dresser. Very disappointed since I was paying $279.00 a night. They had the space for these things but chose not to have them. There was no A/C but not that big of a deal as the weather was cool. The toilet was in the wrong place in the bathroom. There was a perfect spot by the sink but they decided to put it by the bathroom door. The Wi-Fi was spotty. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk they basically just shrugged their shoulders and said the further away you were from the server the worse the signal. The cherry on top was you needed a board to keep your window open. Definitely not worth the money.

Extremely overpriced for the lack of accommodations. Basically the place is a dump and would never stay there again. The check in desk girl was not friendly at all. The food at the cafe was terrible Two sandwiches and soft drinks were not worth the wait or the price. And barely edible. We travel a lot and this place was by far the biggest dump that we’ve ever stayed at. Dave your money and go somewhere else.

Very noisy rooms. No privacy. I could hear the other guest snore, cough, use the bathroom ,entire conversations. I wouldnt flush to toilet at night so i didnt wake any guest. No handsoap, microwave, fridge, tv in room. Only one small light not near bed. Had to go into bathroom to read a map. They charge for everything, even a cup of water.

I did not love this place to stay. I'm sure at one time it was a beautiful place to spend a couple of days but the rooms are outdated, dirty and the boardwalks and porches are in need of major repair. I made sure I watched where I walked as I didn't want to fall or trip over rotten boards. Also the restaurant is expensive and the food not great. I do not like leaving bad reviews but this one isn't worth the money.

Ok. This is a hard one to rate as it is a ranch so many things are as expected of a ranch and not necessarily of an accommodation like a hotel, motel, or resort. The 3-stars reflect an overall opinion. We had two rooms in different areas of the ranch. Both were very clean and comfortable. One of the rooms (the one away from the lodge) had wireless issues and a fan/light that needed repair, but other than that, no complaints. The complaints were (1) staff, and (2) restaurant. Regarding the staff, they were not friendly or helpful and made the stay much less desirable than it should have been. For example, my wife went down for breakfast, and she was the only one in the whole place (it was early). After the staff member messed it up, she was going to correct it without making a fuss and asked for a second empty cup (paper cup). He told her "No" and walked away. She thought he was joking, but he wasn't. Wow! For dinner the night before, they were out of more things than they had. They were even out of beer and wine and what seemed like 1/2 of the menu items. Checking in, the person was not friendly at all. This all just detracted from our experience. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay due to it being a ranch and the beautiful views. As my wife put it as we were leaving, if they don't want you to come, they should just take down the website.

Disgusting!!!

internet was not available unless you were in the office. Our bed was awful, the box springs squeaked constantly, there were no amenities at all, it was muddy, there was no refrigerator or TV. It was cool at night but heat was not great. The only bedcovering was a fleece blanket that served as a bedspread. God only knows what was on that. Rugs needed to be vacuumed at the very least, replacing them would be better. Once you are there you are stuck. There is no phone to call out to find another place to stay plus they have a policy that you must cancel within 72 hours prior to arriving. You are about 45 min away from Jackson Hole. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I asked one guess what he thought of the place and his comment was, "I grew up in a group home so I'm not fussy, it was aplace to sleep!"

Room was dusty like it may have not been cleaned in a while. Blankets were inadequate to keep warm at night. There was a heater up against furniture and no evident smoke/CO2 alarms so we did not feel comfortable using the heater. The Cafe was not good: $82 for two burgers, onion rings and two beverages!

Location makes it acceptable.

View was other worldly. Ranch is pretty. Staff works on mandatory 20% tips and it’s reflected in the service. Cabin was in a bit of disrepair. Loose outlets, missing covers, fan filled with dead bugs, things that could be taken care of pretty easily. All that said it was super close to the Tetons, view was amazing, and price was okay. I’d stay there again for the convenient location and because they have a restaurant. The food was also pretty good!

That one is a no go!!!

We arrived and couldn't get to the part of the complete booked Suite (meaning no access to the bathroom and the Suite bedroom. Slept in the extra queen. Had to walk in the middle of the night with flashlights to a wash house trailer. Dirty, just nasty. Did that trip again during the night. And about it the next morning and all we got, was rolling eyes and shrugging shoulders. Payed $87 for breakfast. Cody, the ranch helper knew right away, why we couldn't open the door to the suite and bathroom. He used his shoulder and rattled the door knob,and there it was, our private bathroom, as we booked it. I could hear every word from the neighbors in unit 4. They finally decided to go to bed, and I still heard them snoring, using bathrooms and finally getting ready to leave. We didn't get an excuse, or any refund on this total overpriced dude ranch. If you don't ride horses, we can not recommend this dude ranch. We were very disappointed. Funny story, we met another couple about 6 days later in another resort, that stayed there, as well. They stayed in a wagon, no heat, no bathroom. Absolutely horrible 2 nights for them, as well. The rating for this property online is false and needs to be reviewed. We stayed in 6 different hotels/motels/resorts as far north as Cooke City MT, and this was the most expensive and worst one.
