We stayed in one of the classic cabins outside the hotel. They're dated in terms of decor, but clean and everything worked. Staff very friendly. Great places to eat at the hotel and the views are incredible. My family and I would stay there again. Recommended.

nice Place. Cottage windows were difficult to operate.

Loved the setting and the view from the beautiful lobby, and the helpful service from those at the front desk, the Blue Heron, Pioneer Grill, as well as the concierge.

Location was perfect for all outdoor adventures. Gabriel, our rafting guide was fabulous. Hotel front desk and concierge could have been a little more inviting.

Nice set up overall. Central Location. Main building had great views of Tetons. Wished for regular menu at the bar after 8. Had to eat in the "diner" which was fine, but the bar has a beautiful view. DIdn't spend much time here. Room was nice enough, beds okay. Pretty quiet at the end of our row of rooms.

Mediocre for the price. The only benefit is the proximity to the sites.

Breathtaking views. Helpful friendly staff. We had a cottage with a view, absolutely lovely. Dining options excellent.

great location. awesome views. good dinner options

Liked location and view from main lodge lobby and outdoor deck. Did not like that it was so overpriced for just a simple room with no microwave, a fridge that froze everything, no TV, etc. Also eating options limited at the lodge, especially if you like more healthful eating, and no general store/groceries.

The cabin has a horrible smell at the time of check-in. Later on we had serious plumbing issue - water overflew from the drain and toilet was clogged. We won’t be able to use the restroom that morning. We called the front desk and were told that the maintenance people also work staring from 8. Around 8:30, no maintenance show up so I asked the front desk whether we can get another room so that we can use a restroom. The lady at the front desk told us that they were fully booked. We end up using the restroom in the main lobby. Not what we paid for! By all means, avoid booking this lodge.

beautiful and close to the lodge the room was clean

Operated by the Federal National Parks system. Price is too high for the basic/lowest rate room, which is the older cottage unit. But the access to grand open viewing room/public lobby in lodge makes up for it. This property in Grand Tetons National Park was the only one open is spring time, otherwise it's a hotel in Jackson Hole. The cottage was clean but had a rustic odor to it. No TV but Wifi was strong in our unit. Mini refrigerator and coffeemaker is also included.

Great location! Great restaurants and patio! Bed was comfortable

Outstanding amenities. High value..’helpful staff.

It was ok,but would consider another hotel next time.

Loved the location of the Jackson Lake Lodge. Cabin had a good layout for 4 adults. Best breakfast of our whole trip at the diner. Views from main lodge are spectacular.

Please note the rooms have no air conditioning, only heating. That is tough on hot days, since the rooms do have great air flow.
