Very beautiful lodge with outstanding view of the Grans Teton range. Dinning was practically closed due to outlandish federal Covid restrictions. Our dinner consisted of basically carry out sandwiches and we were not able to even get breakfast.
Location was fantastic. Hiking trail behind stables was very enjoyable. Cabin was just ok. Early morning rafting trip was top notch. That said. You are at an expensive lodge out in a remote area and the restaurant is booked for 2 months out. And the only other option for a meal is a take out. Very limited menu and worst food we had all month. No frig, microwave in room so no option there either. Coffee and breakfast burrito at kiosk not available until 6:30am. But your rafting trip leaves at 6:15. I thought for the price. The food options were horrific. Glad we stopped at a gas station and stocked up on power bars. We weren’t expecting resort experience with covid and lack of employable adults. But thought it could have been a bit better in the dining availability.
World class property. Pictures don’t do it justice truly spectacular. Grounds are picturesque along with great activities offered. Tons of hiking and fishing within a couple minute drive. Only disappointment was limited food service but understandable
Not much offering for the very high price.
Quiet solitude in a wooded mountain setting.
The cabins were really cute and I liked how quiet and dark it was at night. I kind of wish there was the option of AC, because the ceiling fan had to run at wind tunnel speed or otherwise it clicked because it was a little off balance and the chain would swing and hit at the lower speeds. But temperature wise it was fine. The patio out back of the main lodge was nice and had a beautiful view of the mountains. Overall a good stay
The most perfect view and surroundings of the Grand Tetons!
Beautiful setting and view of the Grand Tetons and Jackson Lake. The cottage was too basic for our tastes and was not clean. Won’t stay here again.
The lodge had amazing views. We had a drink at the Blue Heron and the view of the Tetons was breathtaking. However, the lodge and facilities are outdated. For the amount of visitors and what is charged, there is no reason it couldn’t be updated. Very musty smell.
We stayed in one of the classic cabins outside the hotel. They're dated in terms of decor, but clean and everything worked. Staff very friendly. Great places to eat at the hotel and the views are incredible. My family and I would stay there again. Recommended.
nice Place. Cottage windows were difficult to operate.
Loved the setting and the view from the beautiful lobby, and the helpful service from those at the front desk, the Blue Heron, Pioneer Grill, as well as the concierge.
Location was perfect for all outdoor adventures. Gabriel, our rafting guide was fabulous. Hotel front desk and concierge could have been a little more inviting.
