The cabin has a horrible smell at the time of check-in. Later on we had serious plumbing issue - water overflew from the drain and toilet was clogged. We won’t be able to use the restroom that morning. We called the front desk and were told that the maintenance people also work staring from 8. Around 8:30, no maintenance show up so I asked the front desk whether we can get another room so that we can use a restroom. The lady at the front desk told us that they were fully booked. We end up using the restroom in the main lobby. Not what we paid for! By all means, avoid booking this lodge.

beautiful and close to the lodge the room was clean

Operated by the Federal National Parks system. Price is too high for the basic/lowest rate room, which is the older cottage unit. But the access to grand open viewing room/public lobby in lodge makes up for it. This property in Grand Tetons National Park was the only one open is spring time, otherwise it's a hotel in Jackson Hole. The cottage was clean but had a rustic odor to it. No TV but Wifi was strong in our unit. Mini refrigerator and coffeemaker is also included.

Great location! Great restaurants and patio! Bed was comfortable

Outstanding amenities. High value..’helpful staff.

It was ok,but would consider another hotel next time.

Loved the location of the Jackson Lake Lodge. Cabin had a good layout for 4 adults. Best breakfast of our whole trip at the diner. Views from main lodge are spectacular.

Please note the rooms have no air conditioning, only heating. That is tough on hot days, since the rooms do have great air flow.

This hotel is located in a great location. The hotel and rooms are dated. The service is terrible. Our room was dirty and toilet bowel had fecal stains. The fan could not cool the room in the hot summer day. The facility needs a major renovation. I would not recommend but you really dont have many choices so you are stuck. Not worth the exense.

Prompt housekeeping. Food was good Everything rather expensive

We loved the area and the views from the lodge. It was disappointing that for the high cost of this room, we were awakened by the lawnmower RIGHT outside our cabin door at 8 am and there was no AC so the temp of the room was hard to cool at night.

Wonderful experience with magnificent views of the Grand Tetons and Jackson Lake.

Cute and charming. The views are unbelievable. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. I love that there are restaurants on site along with little shops. This was the perfect place for us to experience Grand Teton park quickly.

The price does not match its quality. very disappointing.

300 "cottages" and I would say maybe 60% occupancy yet had to wait until 5pm until we could check in after a long drive. Room was very basic and way over priced. I noticed the high vaulted ceiling with wood beams and ceiling fan was very dusty when we saw a spider hanging from above. The only thing this place has going for it is the view of the Tetons, and that may not happen if it is cloudy. Would not recommend these so-called "classic cottages".

Nice place in a beautiful location. Good dining options. Great bar

This lodge is located in a very nice area but in my opinion is extremely overpriced. We stayed there in August when the temperature was around 80F. Rooms have no air-conditioning and even with windows open at night rooms are not cooling off which made sleeping a torture. Another big disappointment was the fact that there was no refrigerator in the room.We brought some food with us and had to trow it away. The very much advertised Mural room restaurant has a beautiful view but the food is terrible, prices are high and the staff is poorly trained.

This hotel was in a great location. the staff in the summer are mostly college kids from all over the world, so it was fun to get to know who they were and where they come from, but don't expect the Ritz. I did have a problem with the horseback riding activity. My 13 year old daughter and I had scheduled a horseback trail ride and we were told to be there 15 min early. We literally arrived 10 min. early and were told that we had missed the safety speech and were not allowed to go. When I went back to the activity desk to reschedule they were able to put me on a different ride on a different day, but would not refund the $$ difference and told me that the horseback riding leader called them and told them not to give me a refund or reschedule me. Come on, this is a very expense place, activities...etc. and supposedly a relaxing vacation. The other trip was nice, however, we basically just sat on a trained horse and followed the butt of the one in front of us. EASE UP!

We were looking forward to a fun getaway in the park and what we got was a very expensive chilly cottage room. There were no amenities except a coffee pot with some really bad offbrand (undrinkable) coffee. No TV, radio, mini fridge, or microwave. while we understand the park would like you to enjoy the natural surroundings but it was dark at 7pm. Had we known before we arrived, we would have brought a cribbage game with us. The hotel itself was nice but the public area was overcrowded with some kind of teachers conference. Which in turn made it impossible to sit in the lounge and enjoy the view. Same goes with the resteraunt areas. Wish there had been another option near bye.

This place is so expensive due to the location. The lodge itself is cozy but the food in the grill room is not great and the service is TERRIBLE. The rooms are large, beds comfy, but nothing that stands out as exceptional in terms of amenities. Though they advertise wifi, it's spotty towards the outer cabins (which are a good 4 minute walk to the lodge).
