First the negative...This hotel is in serious need of updating. I stayed in Room 322 and the entire hotels just feels very run down and old. The air conditioning system is probably from the 80's since it's a wall system that's extremely noisy and doesn't do a very good job of keeping the room at a normal temperature. The entire hotel smells like a boy's high school locker room and you can tell that this hotel has seen better days. The housekeeping staff takes forever. We would leave at 10AM and when we returned at 230/3PM the room was still not made up and we had to hunt housekeeping down to clean it. The bathrooms do not have fans but have heaters and are otherwise well appointed. The bathtub is quite old. I think this is the worst 4 diamond resort I have ever stayed at and some of those diamonds/stars should be revoked. There is a $32 not $28 resort fee and I'm really not sure what it's for. Maybe it's for those 2 bottles of water that you get when you first arrive in your room. Now the positive.... The hotel staff is extremely welcoming once you get here and are the best part of this entire hotel. They have a light snack every day for you and the people are the bar are friendly. You have free parking in the main lot with an entrance across the street from the hotel. The proximity to the slopes is wonderful and you can get to the slopes easily from the ski valet area.

Bar service very poor. Overcharged. No water. Not attentive.

We stayed for three nights, didn't want to leave. We will be back!

It was OK but this hotel needs to be updated badly and also this hospital is not handicap friendly at all. Parking is terrible for anyone who has a full size pickup up and also parking is in the middle of the village. I will say this place is close to Jackson and to Teton National Forrest as well. Yellowstone is a good 2 hours away of going slow with and it will cost $50 per person to go through both national forrest. Shopping is close by and easy to access for the most part if you are not handicap. This place really isn't made for handicap cap people which they need to say they are not handicap friendly.

Stayed on 10/8/15 - The comfort of the snake river lodge was good - the location is great -but one individual staff member with a horrible attitude was enough for us not to go back. The guy behind the desk was great (Alec I think was his name) but when we ordered room service, the ridulous hostile attitude the other guy had will keep us from going back to this hotel - he should be fired.

Great Weekend, beautiful area. Lots of activities. Good location for a four day trip. Quiet location. We enjoyed the restaurants’ etc., hiked to a few lakes drove through several areas of the Grand Teton National Park. Once we arrived at the area we didn’t seem to go any long drives to see other areas.

We would definitely stay here again! Teton mountains are beautiful. Really nice walking/ bike (you can rent) path. About a 20 minute drive to town. The staff was very friendly. It was a beautiful drive to Yellowstone. For our 14hr. day we were able to only see the lower loop of Yellowstone Park. Would stay one night in the park to be able to see It all.

Read bad reviews about this place but this place was amazing. I will stay again. People were fantastic and room was super comfy.

Very clean, staff friendly, steam rooms and hot tubs awesome! Great for summer or winter stay. Within 5 miles of entrance to Grand Teton NP. Of course, close to Jackson which is another great place to visit.

Beautiful location. Nice hotel and location except for the mountain side partially blocked by other buildings. Overall a very pleasant experience in Teton Village.

Nice room with great anenities! The restaurant is strongly recommended, best food ever! However, breakfast is not free. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools are free to use. Good for family trip.

The hotel was nice and convenient, but there were a lot of children there.

Wonderful Stay, great location, wonderful staff. Would definitely make the trip again and choose this as our hotel

Very relaxing, very nice staff. On a very cold day , the doorman pulled my car up, let it warm up, and scraped all the windows for us !

Great hotel stay for a three night vacation. Location couldn't be more perfect, right in teton village and 1 mile away from Teton national park. We stayed in the king room with fireplace and we're able to relax in a living room style room after our long hikes outdoor. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Did not try out the restaurant but the menu looked pretty good. As far as the price of the stay we lucked out and booked a last minute deal online the day before we left and got a much cheaper price than normal. We will be back some day to clymb the Grand Teton and this will be the place we will stay after the clymb. Thank you for a great stay.

Staff was nice & hotel was very comfortable with a great amenities and atmosphere. Had several hundred dollars held against my credit card that I didn't know about until after I checked my account for a 1 night stay. Great location!

We found a great deal for this luxurious hotel. The indoor/outdoor pool and facility is very nice. It is a beautiful facility and location and we plan on going back again and again!

We stayed one night while visiting Grand Teton NP ; very pleased with the room and overall facilities. Got in late and tired and had dinner in the restaurant. Lousy food, willing but untrained waiter. Bus staff removed wrong items from 4 place settings to convert to table for two. Stay there but eat elsewhere.

We had a great time at this hotel - Very beautiful location with tons of activities. Upon check-in there was hot tea and coffee and cookies in the lobby. The pool/hot tub area was really nice. The room itself was small but cozy and comfortable. The only downside was the staff, they don't seem to communicate with each other and this led to us waiting for over 2 hours for a service request. Other than that, it was a perfect getaway!

Not worth if you don't use spa and if you are not there for sking
