I was pleasantly surprised with the property. The resort itself is large and clean and provided the beautiful indoor/outdoor pool. I went with just a basic room as we were only staying for 1 night and it was beyond what was needed. The room itself was large and the bathroom was above average in size. Great bed and sheets/pillows. I would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed the decor and design of the property outside and in the lobby. It felt more intimate and less like a cold hotel. The staff couldn't have been more kind. I will say the room we stayed in (standard with 2 queen beds) was MUCH smaller than anticipated and we all had some claustrophobia going on by the end of the trip.

Very nice rustic setting. The Teton Village was also nice. It is 12 miles from Jackson if you need to go there. The lodge was very clean. My gripe if any is the pricing if your eating there. The breakfast buffet is $24.00 a plate. If you get a drink at the bar, it will start around $16.00 before tip. Cash was not accepted at the bar. The only option given is to have it added to your room number to be billed on your credit card.

Incredible property and wonderful staff. Breakfast was amazing.

Management is fluent in using the pandemic to justify poor service. 1. I paid for a full breakfast up front and got a cup of coffee to go. 2. No one was friendly. 3. We were eating ALONE in the lobby and were told to leave because we were not wearing masks. Not a single person was near us. 4. VERY EXPENSIVE mistake on my part to stay there!

Fantastic location in Village at Jackson Hole. We stayed in a King with balcony and had a quiet room with gorgeous Mountain View’s. No daily housekeeping due to Covid but staff was quick to bring anything needed and very accommodating. Very easy check-in/check-out process.

Way over priced for what is essentially a motel and not a “resort”. Looks like has not been renovated since the 70’s

Well looked great From the pictures but dated - older rooms with not so great sheets ( more a motel 6 quality) Stayed only a night than shifted to an other hotel

Great outdoor spa, close to the village center, friendly staff.

Amazing pool area for kids, nice decor, friendly and helpful staff.

Premier majestic view resort and spa lodge at the main entrance to Teton Village, Wyoming ! This property has nearly all the amenities of most any 5-star resort with the quaint country Jackson Hole atmosphere. You MUST check out Snake River Lodge & Spa Resort - our favorite place. The 5-star gem in the Tetons at a 3-star price!

It was a nice place, but the room was not quite as nice as what the photos made it appear it would be. We did get a room in the "older section", so maybe that had something to do with it. Overall the place is nice, yes, but i had hoped for better in the room itself. The location and Teton Village though are FANTASTIC.

Somewhat jammed up at check in. Would definitely stay there again.

Very good service and very friendly staff , we will definitely go again and will recommend it to our friends too
