The lodge is undergoing construction on much of the property, which we knew beforehand, but this did make it more difficult to drop off luggage. We found out that, even without construction, parking for this lodge and most of the accommodations in the village is in a large parking lot separate from the lodge. The room itself was very nice and clean. We could walk to get breakfast and ride the gondola.

We loved the stay at Jackson hole village, it was convent for the things we wanted to do in the Grand Teton park. Construction at the hotel made getting in and out more difficult with bags etc

Marty at the front desk was delightful! Extremely helpful, friendly and personable. He’s a true asset! The room was nice but the lighting was abysmal. Property was under construction so amenities were limited.

Things in the room were broken and unfinished. The coffee maker in the room was broken- around the property no parking because there was a big crane and building materials so I had to park in the general village parking lot. No restaurant no pool and no amenities that was said on their site. Disappointed to say the least. Won’t ever stay here
