We had a fantastic time, while we stayed at Hotel Terra Jackson Hole. The staff were very helpful. Everyone was very pleasant and polite. The hotel itself is awesome. We got an upgrade to a suite and loved it. The full kitchen with all of the utensils and cook ware, balcony, we got to use it all. The view from the room is breathtaking. I strongly recommend this place. You will love it just like we did.

The hotel has great design and comfort. The restaurant Osteria is the best in Teton Village. The hotel staff were kind, and the concierge Matt went above and beyond.

Excellent location for ski season- jetted tub was amazing, love the eco friendly nature while maintaining luxurious style. Staff was excellent. Only there one night but would definitely like to come during winter and stay a week!

The hotel staff were nice and attentive, and when there was an issue with our room they went above and beyond in compensating us. That said, our lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant were the two worst meals we had during our stay. They weren't horrible; just not great. At least compared to the other options nearby. We stayed in a studio. A bit too much furniture (especially couch) in a room for two and very inadequate closet/dresser space for a place people come for multiple days with ski gear. At the same time, we enjoyed the easy feel of staying in the Village and this was a more affordable option to the Four Seasons.

We were traveling with our grand-kids from the East Coast to let them see and experience some of the West. The resort location and grounds are gorgeous in the summer.

Outstanding overall experience with a boutique hotel feel. The staff was amazing, and the people were extremely friendly. We will stay at Hotel Terra during our visit to Jackson in the spring.

First time in Teton Village. Loved the hotel and surrounding area. View from our room was fantastic. Staff was very helpful and informative.

We were upgraded to a suite and it was amazing. High-end appliances throughout the suite. Comfortable bed and great bathrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed in an "urban studio". Tasteful architecture and decor, high quality kitchen appliances, great value. Surprisingly quiet on Memorial Day weekend.

New and nice decor. Small scale to feel cozy and personal, but big enough to have the amenities like good restaurant, apres in the lobby, free laundry (key for a ski vacation!). etc. Small but functional spa (only a steam room). Overall, great location and was happy with our stay. BUT the staff failed on several occasions that caused us undo stress and left a bad impression: 1. Concierge made reservation at wrong restaurant which we didn't discover until we got there. 2. Front desk failed to confirm a massage appointment, so my husband had no reservation when he showed up at the spa, despite my conversation confirming with the front desk. But again, these were the exceptions to the experience. And overall was very happy.

Hotel Terra was just so-so. I would consider it more along the lines of a boutique hotel. It has a small lobby and even smaller registration desk. Usually it wasn't a problem, but sometimes we had to wait really long to just ask a simple question because there was only one person at the desk. The rooms were on the small and dark side. One of our rooms had a Murphy Bed, and while this was necessary due to the small room, it was kind of inconvenient. When the bed was down, there was NO space at all. The other room we had was kind of strangely arranged. There was a long hallway. Overall, don't know if it was due to the whole "green" thing or not, but there was not enough lighting in the rooms. Dining options are severely limited. The Cafe is only open for breakfast and lunch. Even with the lines, usually service was pretty expeditious. The Osteria was always full for reservations, and they end up using the lobby area to serve. Which is kind of weird and not very appetizing. Hotel Terra is touted as a ski-in, ski out. But it really isn't. It's more of a climb out, ski sort of in. All in all, not a terrible place, but not outstanding either. The staff is very nice and helpful. But I would choose the Four Seasons next time.

Beautiful views from Terra Resort in the heart of Teton Village. Very large clean room with free Wifi and a coffee maker which I like. Free parking. Pool and rooftop hot tub were very clean and enjoyable. Easy walk to tram for fantastic views. Mangy Moose a few steps away serves a great burger. Renting bikes is very easy with great paved trails nearby.

Its the most beautiful hotel in town, 5 min uphill walk to the gondola but its worth it

Polite Hotel Staff, very clean rooms. Would go back again!

My 14 year old and I stayed at the Terra during a springbreak ski trip. We had a blast and the staff were brilliant.

Although we booked a vacation package (where you would expect to compromise a little), not one detail was negative about Hotel Terra, except that we had to leave. The staff was friendly, it was a terrific example of a green hotel, the decor was lovely, all the rooms overlooked something beautiful, and it was located between many things to do. The had so many amenities that they didn't charge for (computer usage, laundry services, roof top hot tub, pool, fitness room) that you truly felt spoiled. Their main restaurant, Osteria, was the best dinner I had in Jackson - hands down. Even better than its sister restaurant, Rendezvous Bistro in Jackson. The waiter was incredibly knowledgeable of both the menu and everything to do around Jackson and Teton Village. When I return to Jackson, which I certainly will, I will plan my trip around being able to stay at Hotel Terra. But next time, I'll go during the winter. Completely satisfied.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. At first glance it looked like they were pushing the 'eco-friendly' thing too hard but they did a good job of mixing that into a high quality hotel. The rooms are very clean, they had twice daily housekeeping, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

This is a great and well-furnished hotel. Though the pull-out bed was a little surprising the rooms are equipped with beautiful and sturdy furniture. Staff was helpful and courteous. We went in the beginning of the low season, so sometimes we found services closed. However, all you had to do was ask the staff for something, and they gladly provided it.

I was only in town for 1 night but the staff greeted me as if I would be staying forever. The room was perfect...clean, simple and comfortable. The bath tub was huge and made for a nice jet bubble bath after a long day of traveling. The beds were very comfortable too. The only thing missing were snacks and mini-bar items. The cafe closes in the afternoon so I had to walk to a convenient store to get snacks but that was fine as it was nice to take a stroll around the village. The cafe downstairs is cozy and staff again super friendly. Food at the cafe and the Italian restaurant was delicious. I will definitely consider staying here next time I come to Jackson!

A great location if you want to be in tune with nature. You are close to town and all it offers, and convenient to the Grand Tetons Nat'l Park. We enjoyed the Tram ride to the top of the mountain.

Early morning from hotel room looking east (away from Tetons)

We were traveling with our grand-kids from the East Coast to let them see and experience some of the West. The resort location and grounds are gorgeous in the summer.
