Great hotel lobby but halls and rooms need remodeling… significant, visible, wear and tear, dingy torn stickers and adhesives all over the doors… disappointing esthetics for the price. This hotel was beautiful… 13 years ago.

The property was clean.

Never stayed in a hotel where housekeeping comes every four days and I had to take out my own garbage. Only get fresh towels and supplies if we ask for it. And we booked the premium level.

Premium level lounge closed. Dining room closed. Paid for premium level but no amenities worth paying extra for.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was cozy. The location was great and allowed us to walk to restaurants and shopping. It is also a straight shot (10 minute) drive from the hotel to the zoo. Note that there are more charges than the initial room payment! Breakfast and parking are not free.

I appreciate that they let me have a late check out! Always a Hilton customer!!

Amazing hotel close to the old market in Omaha. Also across the street from where the college baseball world series is hosted.

The parking was horrible. We had to pay for parking and it was hard to find a parking spot. Also, the hotel is NOT pet friendly. We had to take the elevator 3 floors down and go to the designated area on the side of the hotel every time my dog needed to go to the bathroom. There was a bunch of loud teens and young adults staying at the hotel, which made it hard to sleep. And we got charged three different fees that I didn't expect. So, I will NEVER go there again.

It was very clean with extraordinary Covid 19 measures in place . We felt very safe.

The after party in the lobby after the Jason Aldean concert was awesome. Great music, great dj. Thank you!

Lack of accommodations for guests returning from the event across the street. Waiting for an elevator to get up to use the restroom in your room was a long wait and the line for the restrooms in the lobby was even longer. Stairs are necessary for nights like this and there is a serious lack of accessibility.

Location good. Could not find a pool. breakfast was expensive.

Good place in Omaha. Friendly and helpful check in staff. Would stay here again.

Thank you for staying with us. As we have navigated through the pandemic over the last year and a half, we do require guests to Opt-in to housekeeping stay over services. This is in respect to many guests through the pandemic who have yielded to: less contact is more safe. As well, our team members safety is equally as important. As the pandemic runs it course, we certainly will be evolving our housekeeping over standards. Stay tuned. Thank you again.

We appreciate your feedback and staying with us. Our premium level upgrades standards are well established on our website. I am sorry if these were not better communicated to you. This upgrade does include best views of the city with floor to ceiling windows on the top floor, upgraded bath amenities, Keurig Coffee makers with Caribou and Dunking Coffee, among others. I am sorry if our team miscommunicated our food service options. Our Executive Chef and his team prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner and is served in the BARroom Dining area in the lobby. As well, we feature many ready to eat foods in our Grab n Go serving Starbucks coffee: Corner/Market. Feel free to reach out to me to get more particulars, as we certainly want to see you back with us.
