Hotels.com had the name wrong so it took a half hour to check in when I got Checked in I couldn’t use the wifi because I couldn’t log in because the name wasn’t registered in the database. When I went to shower there was no soap in the dispenser. I pry wouldn’t recommend to anyone honestly.

The room was great, nice and clean. Stayed there for a concert so don’t spend much time in the room. The bar didn’t have much of a selection of NA drinks so I would suggest expanding their selection.

The toilet seemed to have not been cleaned thoroughly, but other than that, the room was clean. We did have an issue with a water leak and the toilet running, but the leak seemed to have been repaired when requested. The toilet did still run some though, but it wasn't a big issue.

ELEVATORS not working for parking garage and no assistance for guests. Just where to find the stairs, 'go outside and look for the cone' to the stairs. Below negative windchill and walking stairwells and garage levels with luggage to find your vehicle. Crazy $ for self parking anyway! pay $34

We like the skywalk to the CHI Center. You dont have to go outside to see an event held there

The outside was really dirty. Lots of garbage but it’s also winter and all the snow melted. Dog area was a mud hole so that kind of sucked. But our rooms were nice and staff was great.
