I booked a nonsmoking room but my room smelled strongly of cigarette and other smokes. I arrived later at night and was wary after spending time in the lobby waiting to check in. I think they are working on updating the property and maybe I got unlucky with my room. My room had white stains over the carpet, headboard, and furniture. I was happy to leave as soon as I could in the morning. I wish I had a better experience because the price was great!

If you want to sleep, go somewhere else.

We stayed Friday through Monday. If your room is on the 5th floor, request another floor. Unless you like the smell of curry. Very outdated and needs cleaned badly. I feel like the sheets were clean, but no way I was going to walk on carpet without shoes. Saturday night until 1:30am and Sunday night past 12am people where paying in hallway, knocking on doors, screening and yelling. Numerous calls to front desk where ignored. Nothing was ever done. Not sure what kind of meat the morning sausage was. I had one but and spot it out. Figured only safe move is the yogurt. This place is a true, dump. Do not stay here!

DO NOT STAY HERE!

It was gross. Hair stuck to the shower curtain, with no liner. Opened the closet and a previous occupants dirty towel was hanging in it. The light switch was falling out of the wall. Random stains on the walls and bedding. The finish in the tub was peeling off from being painted. The WHOLE FLOOR SMELLED OF SMOKE!

Wont stay there again....

Breakfast was decent. Fire alarm in hall pulled. Told desk and nothing done all weekend. Phone was disconnected, toilet cracked, walls pealing in bathroom, ceiling ligh burned out, carpet had huge tear. Only a couple workers understood English so getting hel with anything was impossible.

Never again at this hotel

Suite has 2 bathrooms. Both toilets overflowed flooding part of the main sitting area. I complained and a “ maintenance guy” with a plunger showed up and he soaked up the water with every towel in the room and left. He said he would bring more towels and I never saw him again. I complained in the morning and they just told me to take it up with the site I booked through. That’s what I’m doing so I hope I have options for a full if not partial refund?

For the price, this hotel really can’t be beat. Room rates generally are under 100 a night. The property is showing some signs of aging, such as scuffs on walls older furniture with some chips, but you can tell that it is still cleaned and maintained well by the staff. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful. The rooms themselves are spacious. The staff is extremely friendly. Check in is easy. The front desk will make eye contact and greet you as you come and go from the lobby. I never require much assistance, but if I needed something, I got the impression that I would be taken care of and at the end of the day, the impression of helpfulness is just as important as the help itself. FOR THE PRICE…the value is there for a comfortable, clean hotel with a great staff and breakfast.

Pictires looked good..lobby area nice. Room needed work. I expected more. Walls cracking, paint chipping, rhey had painted the tub and it was peeling...bed was cleanand good though. We had to move rooms because of a family reunion on our floor so maybe other room.was better . Not worth what we paid though.
