We stayed in room 618 it was a king room in the corner on the top floor. It was one of the most relaxing stays I've had. The lobby and hallways were very quiet. Also the pool is nice and warm. Great for kids of all ages. The only reason I gave them a 3 on condition, has nothing to do with the outside but everything to do with the ice machine on the inside. There are 6 floors of this hotel and there was only 1 ice machine working. Also, for the room cleanliness just make sure before you use the shower to rinse the tub you never know what kind of hairs may pop up.

Hotel was under remodel/ construction without any notification on reservations.

This hotel was in the perfect location, near the destination I wanted to stay at. The room was clean, and the amenities were the basic amenities you get at any hotel room in this price range. My only complaint is that there were only sheer curtains. Our room faced the parking lot and was directly above a street lamp. It was very bright in the room, which made it difficult to sleep.

We just stayed overnight, but found it to be very comfortable, great breakfast and nice staff. Location is suited to a mall right down the road and a variety of restaurants.

The staff was wonderful and friendly! I left some stuff behind on accident and they had it for me in the lost and found. Thank you!

Hotel was still remodeling on my floor but my room was one that was already remodeled. The window seemed like it did not have a good seal since I could hear a little more road noise than I would normally expect. Gyms cardio machines were newer and nice but the free weights are a safety hazard since the stand is not built for them. Staff was nice.

Exterior is rebuilding. Inside is comfortable. Nice swing pool but usually over crowded. Staff over worked but efficient and charm

I would not recommend this hotel. It was remodeled, but a former hotel chain. The sink backed up, and asked to get a different room. They offered buckets and towels and called the maintenance man. The manager was called and they stated the hotel was full and that they could not help us out as we had utilized a website to reserve/pay for our room. It was like we were being penalized because we pre-paid online. Customer service and appearance need improvement. Breakfast was good, but that was about it.

Only stayed one night at the hotel for Dr. appointment the following day. The room was clean, and bed comfortable. Looked at though they had water problems at one point, but did not effect us. The only thing to make our stay more enjoyable would have been to be further away from the elevator. I would recommend this hotel.

Booked the hotel room for five nights while visiting a family member in the hospital. Very close to Childrens and Methodist Hospital in Omaha. Day check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Room seemed neat and clean. Had a room next to elevator and ice machine, which made it somewhat more noisy than it would have been otherwise. Did not have a chance to try the continental breakfast, however it looked good and was always packed with people. There is a bar and grill across the parking lot, however the hotel had no advertising or info about it at all. No idea what it might be like. After a night or two, I noticed that housekeeping was rather sloppy in their service (did not always empty trash, did not always replace towels, soap, etc.). That made me wonder really how clean the rooms were. The second night, I had problems with getting incoming calls to the room. Spoke with day clerk the next morning and she explained it was a problem with the phone line wiring, and that the room had a different extension than the room number. She said she would leave a note, and make sure the night person knew about the issue. When my husband tried to call me that night, he could not get through and when he spoke to front desk staff and explained the issue, he got nothing but bad attitude from the clerk. I was never able to get incoming calls the rest of my stay. First impressions of the hotel were good, however upon staying a few nights, there are a lot of small flaws that really add up!

Helped daughter move to Omaha

Baseball camp with my son and family. Parking not the best but okay. The rooms was nice and the beds comfortable. The location was excellent.

The rooms were very comfortable, and spacious. The beds were down material as the top mattress or some space age material I have never slept on. Five blocks away from the Westroads Mall, and about fifteen blocks from the Crossroads Mall, about five miles from historic downtown Omaha. Very accomidating and easy access to anywhere you need to go or be. Close to the interstates too.

Good location for shopping and eating out. Short drive to Old Market. Nice clean hotel but the room I was in was very small. Pool also very small. Continental breakfast was good!
