Paper-thin walls, noise on hall at night. Rates almost tripled during College World Series. (From $67 to $188). Clean but small room, pleasant staff. Access to TD Ameritrade Park is excellent, 24-hour Perkins Restaurant across the street.

The free breakfast was great. The price was just fine. And those were our top priorities. The room was comfortable and clean. We had minor gripes about the missing tissue box, the sink had a leaky handle, the in-room coffee maker didn't work, and there was no bag for the ice-bucket. But we were able to take care of those problems without any issue. There's free coffee 24/7 in the breakfast room. Our big complaint, however, was over the housekeeping staff. We always put the "do not disturb sign" on our door handle so they don't bother us until we want their assistance. But that didn't matter. They were so loud, shouting down the hall at each other, and laughing and talking like they were in a night club - when it was 7am in the morning. They woke up my wife and me. I even got dressed, stepped into the hallway, and personally asked them to keep their voices down. But 30 minutes later they were noisey again acting like everyone must be wide awake at 7:30 in the morning. And then the next morning they woke us up AGAIN being noisy. I think the manager scolded them afterwards so that problem might be fixed already. Otherwise, we still recommend this hotel. It's quick access to downtown Omaha. There's no problem parking. It's a nice stop for the price, and the free breakfast includes belgian waffles, eggs, and sausage along with a continental breakfast.

for the price hard to the amenities, the staff was pleasant

Price for stay was competitive and appreciated. Gym had TV Missing from the wall. No refrigerator or Microwave in room (None was offered though). Used to stay at this hotel some years back and it was nice. There is obvious wear and tear not being tended to. The chair in my room had dirt marks on it. Again fair price however the Hotel appearance in the rooms has gone down since I'd been there last

Nice staff and hotel close to airport. Room clean and comfortable.

Overall decent hotel close to the airport. Only complaint is the walls are very thin, picking up all neighbor and hallway noises.

It’s nice to find a clean room at a great rate. Originally the room I was in did not have a working heater but the friendly staff quickly put me in another room. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable! Breakfast was included and that was kept very clean as well. Breakfast included a waffle station, egg patty and sausage along with continental breakfast items. The coffee was delicious and always fresh. I would stay here again. Airport shuttle provided and hotel is just a 10 minute drive to downtown.

Lower end, older hotel but overall pretty clean and comfortable for one or two nights. Close to TD Ameritrade stadium, good option when the hotels are maximum price for the College World Series. The bed was one of the more comfortable hotel beds I’ve had lately.

Great breakfast! Room was fine. Wonderful staff.

Perfect for business location, staff, breakfasr and coffee

I think the things that soured me on this place were that the receptacles on the bedside lamps did not work. i needed to charge my phone, so i started looking around for another power source, which required moving the nightstand. When i did that, i found an old water bottle and dust. Blah!

Great experience each time we've stayed. Convenience of closeness of airport for quick travel for early departures. Inexpensive compared to other hotels. Basics provided for: nice sleeping.

It is very convenient n very close to the airport n that's what i like.

Walls thin, carpet worn out, construction workers made up much of guests, room was clean

Convenient location with park & ride option to the airport. Affordable room, friendly staff and comfortable bed. The walls are a little thin, but I turned the fan on and all was drowned out, so I slept great!

Employees were super friendly, helped me call s shuttle to the airport. Room was cozy and nice. Everything worked great.

Nice clean hotel and staff were amazing and super helpful. All the services were great. Only problems we had were that the WiFi service was very bad at times and the water pressure for the sink and shower were very low.

Bathroom was most disappointing.....toilet tissue holder broken, so tissue on stool behind me....shower door wouldn't latch.....broken, so water leaked out.
