The rooms were nice and clean. Was there for short business trip with my coworkers, after the long day we decided to go back to the hotel. The hotel allowed us to use their breakfast area to have pizza we ordered. The staff was very helpful.

Have been staying here for business trips the last 7 years. Have consistently upgraded rooms (still in process) and the hotel itself. Great staff and excellent morning breakfast. Renovations do not interrupt stay.

In our frequent visits to Omaha we avoided this property in the past due to reviews however we found this property quite charming with easy access. Nice amenities and tasteful renovations nearly complete. Very pleasant staff. We would stay again.

I travel a lot for work and I need to feel like I am at home. Candice she was kind and she help me to switch the room to the one of my preference. The place is clean, the rooms are great and most importantly the staff is very friendly.

The room finishes were modern and attractive, but closer inspection made us wonder about maintenance. The curtains were stained and pretty sure the smoke detector wasn’t functioning. There was a ring on the ceiling with exposed wires where it appeared like another smoke detector had been removed and not replaced or covered. Breakfast is just normal fare - nothing special. The worst part was the rude desk clerk when we arrived. The first room we got smelled like cigarette smoke. She couldn’t just take my word for it and had to go check it herself. She argued with both my husband and me that the smell wasn’t cigarettes, but it was something else. Well, it turns out she smokes, so of course she can’t tell what it smells like, but she was argumentative anyway. She did give us another room which smelled ok (see my initial comments about the condition above). She was rude in several other ways too lengthy to detail in a review. She was the only person at the desk and she was pulled in many directions, which meant for long waits for guests at the front desk. Lastly, when we arrived at 6:15 pm, the maid was still cleaning rooms. That would be ok in and of itself, but she had 7 or 8 large piles of dirty linens and towels thrown into the hallway, blocking the hall and generally terribly messy looking. We’ve never seen such a mess in a hotel. In general, I suspect the owner of this hotel runs it so lean, it is badly understaffed. Along these same lines, the staff is poorly trained to work well under the pressure of being here alone.

My husband and I stopped here on our way to Colorado and I was very pleased with the quality of the hotel. It was near restaurants and offered easy access to the highway. Just a short drive from Boys Town was a plus too.

We stayed in the king jacuzzi suite. The room was nice in regards to cleanliness but there are many "repairs" that have been done that lack detail. In the bathroom the shower head had tape??? to patch a leak. The fixtures in the shower/tub were not properly installed when replaced. There was plenty of hot water. The jacuzzi filled fast and had good jets. Another issue we had with the room was all of the noise. The room is an L-Shaped room and to fill in the L there is a storage room. Early in the morning the noises started from that room. I am unsure if it was laundry or other housekeeping items, but it did not make for a good night sleep. The bed was comfy, the pillows left something to be desired. The view was nearly non-existent unless you like looking at the brick wall from Milt's Mini Storage. We were also issued room keys that indicated 20% off of your bill at the Ice House, a nearby sports bar. When we presented our key at the end of the meal, the Ice House notified us they were not to use this discount, but they would through the end of the College World Series. Beware if you try to use this discount on the room key past that point. The Comfort Suites may need to look into new key cards without this advertising. Overall, an average hotel. Not upscale by any means and definitely not in a trending neighborhood.

Very friendly and nice staff. Clean room but bathroom could have used some work but still very clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of options to choice from kids loved it. Pool was great for the kids except for the wasps that seemed to make their way in which was unsettling for me. Nice quiet location and easy to find. Kind of a drive to the zoo but that's ok the kids lived seeing the city.

AWESOME! This hotel offered everything I needed. My room was spacious, clean and fresh! The staff is friendly and very helpful. The pool was very refreshing and the breakfast was plentiful! Looking forward to my next stay!

In a recent trip to Omaha we stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites off of 192nd St in west Omaha. What a treat. We had a beautiful king room. The room was clean and nicely appointed including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee service. A nice couch included a chase lounge. Wonderful amenities for conveniently plugging in phone and laptop chargers, 50" LG flatscreen TV. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was very substantial and delicious. I made a Belgian waffle, fresh fruit, juice. The coffee was hot and good flavor. We felt right at home.
