Front desk clerk when we checked in was very friendly and welcoming. Gave me treats for the dogs. Key cards never worked right but wasn’t a big deal.

Room smelled pleasantly clean! Stayed here before and don't remember that. Very nice touch to the housekeeping.

Friendly staff. Basic breakfast fare. Very pet friendly. Thanks for the doggy treat.

Stayed two nights. Room was not cleaned after first night. Had to ask for clean towels. Rooms badly in need of refurbishing. Breakfast bar was largely not stocked except for waffles. Not a good experience.

Check in was seamless. The ice water in the lobby was very nice as it was so hot. Some of the rooms were updated, ours was not. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and smelled good- no pet smell or smoking smell in our room. The breakfast was good, just crowded on Sunday as the hotel was full. Monday was a holiday but we were not told that breakfast would be the weekend hours, the woman prepping the breakfast was a little rude when a young girl asked if she could have some orange juice.

Accommodations were adequate. One could easily hear conversation & noise from other rooms. Bed pillows were uncomfortable. While it appeared all rooms were listed as non-smoking, the hallways smelled like they had been heavily smoked in.

We were leary at first but after entering the hotel we found the staff to be very cheerful and courteous and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. We were pleased with this LaQuinta for our 3 night stay.

Close to I 80, for people passing through Omaha. Nice basic no frills motel.

They did now clean, etc the room for the second day. The coffee maker did not work.

Everything was TERRIBLE. The staff was trash, the room was dirty, the hotel was dirty.

Room was not clean, requested a king bed but not available. Bathroom had mold and shower curtian not clean. Vanity counter was cracked and area around was not clean. Would not recommend. Staff was nice and friendly.

Nasty all rooms and hallway smell of smoke. Didn't even give me the room I payed for till I called and complained.

The hotel was under construction, no breakfast was served despite advertising that it had complementary breakfast. Room was not cleaned at all and had to request towels and soap when I needed them. Front desk was not helpful at all. I typically book laquinta inns when I travel to the Midwest and this by far is the worst one ever.

I had made my reservation two weeks in advance ONLINE. This is the only hotel which has smoking rooms in Omaha. They told me they only had one, because of 'renovations'. Should not make any difference! Upon further investigation, I discovered they had THREE smoking rooms! Plus I wanted a king sized bed, I ended up with two queens! I made ONE COMMENT on my last review, which was my first stay here and I wonder if that is why I got whatever they wanted to give me...? This hotel clearly does not care about making customers happy.
