I liked the colors and modern decor of the room. I also liked they had a workout equipment within the room. I didn't like the issues with the wifi service. The wifi kept removing my phone and laptop every 40 minutes. I called the front desk and they stated they were having wifi issues within the hotel.

The hotel itself was beautiful. We stayed in a bunk-bed suite (it had a king-size bed, pull-out sofa and a set of twin-sized bunk beds. The room was huge! We loved the spaciousness of it, and the kids loved all of the workout equipment. The bed was SO comfortable and the bedding was so cozy. The Westin always claims to have the comfiest bed, and I would have to say this bed was right up there in terms of comfort. Because of the pandemic situation, we chose to not use any of the common areas of the hotel, so that was a bummer but everything looked cool. We loved that there was free parking. The thing that has me not giving the highest score was that there was a public parking lot just behind the hotel and at 3:30am, there were a bunch of young people out there playing their music so loud. Now, I love playing my music loudly and enjoying it with friends as much as the next guy, but this was extreme...it was rattling the windows and woke us all up. Obviously the hotel can't control what people outside do, but when we called down about it, the man just said that it wasn't their property and that there was nothing they could do. We suggested they call the police to issue a noise complaint, and they said they would not do that. This was surprising, because we are sure we were not the only people there to be woken by the noise. That was disappointing, but otherwise the hotel itself was lovely.

What a gorgeous hotel. We have no complaints, and could just list every great thing, so what I'll comment on particular that was uniquely great were two things: the spaciousness of the rooms and the thoughtful, convenient touches everywhere. This was the one hotel on our near 3 week long social distancing road trip that we just never wanted to leave. Our rooms were *enormous*: my husband and I had a corner room, which was huge. Our girls had a 'regular' room: still very spacious. Plenty of counter and 'lay out' space for things, luggage, etc. The beds were so, so, so comfortable - and we had stayed in many beds prior so there was stiff competition. We will absolutely stay in another EVEN hotel when the opportunity arises! I also want to give a shoutout to Jen, who manned the eatery/breakfast nook area. She was such a bright spot: friendly, hard-working, eager to assist and just a warm welcome. We need more Jens in the world and hotel industry!

Rooms are quite large for working out and/or working in. Beds are quite comfortable

I like the water coolers. The suite was sweet. Awesome staff.

Unique hotel...exercise equipment inyour room. modern decor. Healthy menu choices.

I did like the games for the children in the lobby area. But the staff could have been more friendly, and only one of three keys worked, and they never tried to fix that. They need a free breakfast too.

Everything was great! I loved the shower but do wish there was bath tub in my room

Nice hotel. Extremely nice staff. Would definitely stay here again

Quiet, new clean. Convenient parking, great location. Checkin easy!

the fitness hotel concept was a little surprising. didn’t take advantage of it this trip but i like the idea. staff was super friendly and the beds were perfect. what more do you need?

Nice hotel. Clean and easy to checkin and out. Close to Creighton.

I was in town for the Omaha Marathon, and this hotel could not have been more perfect or geared toward people who value health and fitness. I also have strict medical food restrictions, and the chef was incredibly accommodating. This is such a wonderful facility, and a great location, with an extremely convenient shuttle service that you can arrange to take you anywhere. I will definitely come back.

Staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was good and included in the price paid for. The food is farm to table. Over all, like the concept of this place

Most all hotels are "good enough." The EVEN in Omaha was a breath of fresh air. VERY welcoming, Very comfortable. Very hip. Every room has a workout area, complete with tension bands and yoga mat. Messages in the hallways encourage you to stay hydrated. The entire experience was positive.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Fun clean place to stay.

The rooms were large and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the pool was great but a little cold. Only downside was the ac blew right on the bed so it was really cold while on and got when off
