Orbitz didn't book the hotel for me or it was booked, but canceled on Sep 2024. Eventually, I had paid double price to find a new hotel. This happened to me, also to my friends. no good experience.

I called one day before check-in and was told that my reservation had been canceled. I reserved the hotel almost a year ago and was canceled without any notification. I spent hours trying to find a nearby hotel, but the rooms were all booked. I had to book a hotel near the airport instead of the downtown area while paying a 3X higher price. I will never book through Orbiz and this hotel again.

The hotel was so run down and was not clean at all. There were stains all over and not in good condition. The elevator button was supported by a cardboard cut out. So bad. We left upon check in and spent the evening elsewhere.

Would stay here again.

Staff was nice and helpful. They had placed us in wrong type of room and clerk was able to fix quickly. The bed was fairly comfortable, the sheets appeared clean. The room looked clean and was spacious enough for 2 adults and a toddler. The only thing we didn't like was the herd of elephants or giants in the room above us. They ran, yelled, stomped, and bounced what felt like half the. Night. You do have to pay for parking but I knew this in advance from reading other reviews.

I liked everything about the hotel besides the fact that we didn’t get any cleaning services done during the time of the stay. Me and fiancé had to repeatedly ask for towels since they never came to clean the room.
