Courtyard Marriott Aksarben Village

Close to attractions and restaurants. Safe part of town. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We ended up here late on Mother's Day weekend because the previous hotel we were in was awful. The check in went smoothly and we were so happy with the hotel that we stayed an extra night. The staff was very friendly. I was disappointed that there was no hot tub or bath tub. I was looking forward to a hot soak after a long day but that wasn't a deal breaker. Very nice sitting area outside, too. We didn't eat at the cafe but it looked good.

The hotel had a nice little bistro and bar, but there were also restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. We were a few miles from downtown, but it was very easy access from our location. The staff and facilities were just great.

Manager was extremely accommodating. Room was clean, but a little tight to maneuver with king bed, roll-away and pull out couch all in one area.

This hotel was amazing. It was extremely clean and quiet and the staff was super friendly. The location in the village was also great.

Clean and quiet room, helpful staff. Could use a local shuttle and some fresh cookies.

The only negative with this hotel is the size of the rooms. All Courtyard Marriotts seem to have this problem however, they more than make up for it with the service and amenities offered (albeit some for a price).

The Courtyard Marriott at Aksarben village is a wonderful hotel. Clean comfortable rooms, Fire pit, indoor pool, Starbucks coffee and breakfast cafe in Lobby makes for a wonderful weekend. Bonus: Farmers Market two blocks away during summer months. Price was surprisingly low.

Everything about the room was great, especially the walk-in shower (who uses the tub, anyway?). For the price, though, we thought we were getting the old hot buffet breakfast. Having Starbucks in the hotel is handy, but way too expensive for breakfast. Next time we'll bring our own power bars and use the coffe machine in the room.

All in all, I was very happy with this hotel. I would definitely book it again. I was a little disappointed that there was no hot tub and the pool was rather small. Also there wasn't a free continental breakfast. However, it is a very nice and very clean hotel and I would go back!

The hotel is in great condition. Opened 5 yrs ago, looks brand new. Quiet, nice lobby with lots of open spaces to sit, work, gather,...

Hotel staff very friendly. Nice, clean hotel. Would stay there again

We stayed at this hotel after being at the zoo all day. Absolutely no complaints. Great location, clean room, comfortable bedding. Would definitely stay here again.

We had events to attend in both east and west omaha, the Courtyard at Aksarben Village allowed us to be centrally located in Omaha and made reaching all our destinations easy. Additionally, the hotel is situated around shopping, dining, and nightlife.

It was wonderful, super accommodating, perfect location. Going back to Omaha in April and will definitely stay there.

Very Good. Good location. Good value... Only stayed one night... No problems. Clean hotel, good helpfu staff

Quick trip for a friend's surprise 50th birthday party and spend a day with my son. Courtyard is clean, quiet, great location.

New hotel, quiet room except heater fan which cycled on and off all night long. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom.

Nice location, minutes from good shopping, the Zoo, the Children's Museum.

Very nice accomodations and a location that was very central to all the places I needed to travel

very nice place to stay clean rooms and location would have been nice if it had contintal breakfast prices were alittle high for family to eat there will come back this hotel when back to the zoo
