The hotel staff and cleanliness for the hotel was excellent. Overall star was great. My only complaint would how uncomfortable the bed was, it was extremely hard for a holiday inn bed from my experience. Staying inn another Holiday inn express tonight with the bed comfortable bed that i have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express.

Carpet was coming up in the room, there was a slight odor in the room. I am gluten/dairy free so even though there was a good selection for breakfast options, they had very little for gluten/dairy free. The room appeared very clean and the staff was friendly. I would stay again but make sure I brought my own gluten free food for breakfast.

We stopped here on our way to Colorado. It was our first time in Omaha. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable. Great selection for breakfast! There is a lot of options of things to do/places to eat in the area. The kids enjoyed the pool after being in the car for a stretch of time! We would definitely stay here again!

Checked into room 224 the floor was still wet from carpet being shampooed the smell was so strong we had to go downstairs and ask for another room there was water damage next to the tub on both sides a discoloring on the grout and a small spider in our room. Breakfast ,the omelettes all came with peppers during our stay The first front desk person was nice the second the male didn’t even acknowledge your existence multiple times as we walked by. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I would strongly suggest to to not stay here
