The room was clean. Staff was friendly. The only down side was they had just refilled the pool. It was freezing for the kiddos! Also the tile on the floor in pool room is extremely slippery when wet. Even walking like penguins my kids fell multiple times. Bad design choice for sure

The room was fantastic. I loved how they had the pet sign for the door so no one would knock. Everyone was very nice and the breakfast was pleasant. I spoke to housekeeping very briefly, and I didn't get her name, but she was very nice and was working very hard. Pnly drawback was, I was under the impression the room was paid for. I wasn't aware that it wasnt.
