Rooms are spacious and the hotel is close to many amenities and activities.

Property was struggling to stay clean. Gummy bears all over the floor of the hallway and pizza boxes there all day and all night. Also, the bar and restaurant were not open after we were told that they would be open. This hotel needs better management.

I ask the maids to clean my room.. my room never got cleaning..

This stay definitely had some pros and cons. Pros - EXCELLENT location. Less than 10 minutes from the Zoo, downtown, Children's Museum, etc. Hotel was clean, and the rooms were nice and quiet. Cons - Staff wasn't very helpful. They told us we could use a pack-and-play if we needed, but it took them over 2 hours to deliver it to our room... and once they did, it was broken. The hotel restaurant was expensive and had very limited hours (no complementary breakfast). This was a fine hotel if I was traveling alone, but wouldn't recommend it if you have a family or small children.

Loved the central location.

Location to our venue was good. No power cord for the radio. No overnight service of the room. King room was tiny

Good. Seems friendly. Very clean. Great area. Recommended

Finding the front lobby door was difficult, from the road you see the sign, but must drive past the hotel to turn on another road to then drive back to the hotel. Once on the road there are 2 buildings and the hotel that are painted in the same color scheme, no does have any indicators taking what door is what business. Eventually i was able to enter through the back and navigated to the front desk. The young man checking me in only informed me that the restaurant was only open for breakfast and I'd need a special pool key. He never told me my room number, never gave me directions, no other information. I found my way, the room was ok, the refrigerator was open and had been for a while, the freezer was over frozen, blocking the door from shutting. Over the 2 nights i was there, every time i went to the front desk to tell them, there was a "be right back" sign up. Just seems like lots of little things made me wish i had chosen a different hotel.

no eye contact at check in. no consideration for special request -a room not on the ground floor. no ice on ground floor. only one coffee k-cup in the room. coffee in lobby tasting like boiled vegetable juice. terrible pillows and super hard mattresses.

Cleanliness and polite of staff were great. Location played a factor for my work related trip.

It’s a clean, newer hotel and very quiet even though it’s near the interstate. It’s my go-to hotel!

The room is clean, the pool is awesome, the restaurant is good

The breakfast included was wonderful. The rooms are modern, comfortable and clean.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for the rate & review! We are indeed quite conveniently located, and happy that this worked well for your stay! We do apologize for the overnight service- policies have changed so now cleaning is done only when a guest checks out, or on every fourth day of a long stay. We do, however, honor cleaning requests if they are made before 11am. We hope to serve you again soon! Kane Ashton Sales Coordinator
