Finding the front lobby door was difficult, from the road you see the sign, but must drive past the hotel to turn on another road to then drive back to the hotel. Once on the road there are 2 buildings and the hotel that are painted in the same color scheme, no does have any indicators taking what door is what business. Eventually i was able to enter through the back and navigated to the front desk. The young man checking me in only informed me that the restaurant was only open for breakfast and I'd need a special pool key. He never told me my room number, never gave me directions, no other information. I found my way, the room was ok, the refrigerator was open and had been for a while, the freezer was over frozen, blocking the door from shutting. Over the 2 nights i was there, every time i went to the front desk to tell them, there was a "be right back" sign up. Just seems like lots of little things made me wish i had chosen a different hotel.

no eye contact at check in. no consideration for special request -a room not on the ground floor. no ice on ground floor. only one coffee k-cup in the room. coffee in lobby tasting like boiled vegetable juice. terrible pillows and super hard mattresses.

Cleanliness and polite of staff were great. Location played a factor for my work related trip.

It’s a clean, newer hotel and very quiet even though it’s near the interstate. It’s my go-to hotel!

The room is clean, the pool is awesome, the restaurant is good

The breakfast included was wonderful. The rooms are modern, comfortable and clean.

The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. Some have fridge, others don’t. This was something I wanted and tried to request ahead of time the day of arrival but was to me they do not accommodate any room requests prior to check-in. I had also asked for our 3 rooms to be together, but they are not willing to try and arrange that in advance. The girl at check-in tried to do our best, but could only get 2 of the rooms on one floor, and were separated by someone. It would have been helpful to adjoin with our kids. The restaurant was a total disappointment. Service is so slow and the food is not worth the cost. My husband asked for a refund on his since it didn’t look appetizing and was missing 2 of the meats on the club - they only put bacon on it. 1 star. Pool was fine but too busy to enjoy. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, there’s no way to control the temperature and at night they must make it warmer. I prefer colder at night so woke up hot and it felt so stuffy with no air circulation. The bathroom doors slide and just have a weird hook latch with no fan so you can hear everything that’s happening in there. Bathroom floor had small smudges of lipstick and a long black hair in a hanging towel. The hotel seemed pretty clean but it was off putting. We also had to ask them to re- key for 2 of the rooms which not a huge deal but disruptive after a long day of travel. Overall, the people I dealt with were nice. Fine for a night. Could be better.

We booked a suite with 2 adults and 2 children and were given a room with only a single queen bed and a couch that did not fold out. Romulus the night auditor was completely unapologetic, unhelpful, and condescending.

I picked this hotel over another one because it was supposed to have a hot tub. It did not, It was filled in with concrete

The pool is great. Great location. Nice staff. The only down side was it said there was a hot tub, and there was NO hot tub. Otherwise, great hotel.

Awesome staff, clean comfortable rooms, gym, pool and restaurant!

Restaurant was poor - little service warm coffee etc. Bar ok. The whole place is a bit odd. Wasn’t sure how to get in - cab driver circled once to find door. Rooms are clean. Front desk has mostly new employees

Very nice hotel. Right off interstate. Very clean rooms and staff is super nice.

Nice place. Quiet and clean. Nice staff. Very convenient to eateries and shopping

Over all looks nice in pictures. But... you can't be great without great staff. Walked in 3 workers were present one was working other two just stood there. Finally after needing to make it to a weeding on time I asked for help checking in rectuantly they did. I booked through Orbitz and thought all would be good. They charged me again for the room and wasn't notice until the only nice employee there checked me out. Room was ok had some sort of allergy problem with something in hotel hallways smell musty and moldy. Again it looks clean and safe. Beware of location look somewhere else. The hotel has an identity problem Hilton? Double Tree? No standard of service that you would expect both to bring. They need new staff with a hospitality attitude, I work in the industry and would say time to clean house. Obviously the hotel manager doesn't pay attention to what's actually going on. Hotel is big parking is fine but not all outside doors work with room key like they should so you have to walk around to get back in building. Over all very disappointed with experience. I didn't feel safe in the area it was in nice looking hotel in the pictures but kind of run down around the area. WIFI was a joke luckily I was only staying one night. Once in the room it was quiet. I tried calling lobby 4 times to get information and phone just kept ringing. Finally I got a put out HELLO... and the information that I Was given was incorrect info. No good I expected so much better.

The elevators did not work at that time for some hours wich we had it to walk all the way from floor 4th up and down lots of times and it is not good with my condition that i just had a surgery.

By far one of the best hotels I've stayed in a long time. Highly recommended! Extremely clean and staff went above and beyond for us, super friendly!
