Feb 4, 2020

Flight was delayed but the staff kept us well-informed. Checking a bag was near impossible with LONG LONG line so we opted for skycap.

Dec 20, 2019

Overall our experience went smoothly but we were confused when we arrived at our gate and were told we couldn't get our seat assignments because there were people ahead of us who would get them first. We did choose "Economy" but didn't realize this could impact our seating....

Allowing a single adult to travel with 2 children under the age of 3 as lap children is begging for problems and at best is an inconvenience to other passengers.
