The whole staff was very welcoming! I appreciated their concern for our safety by wearing masks and by the cleanliness of the rooms. My only concern was that other guests were not wearing masks. Coming from Colorado, where it's mandated, I was surprised to see no other guests wearing masks.

Sleep sofa sheet was dirty when we opened the bed for the night. It hadn't been changed after the previous guest left. Extra blanket that was requested was also dirty and smelly. Had to request toilet paper refill as housekeeper never replaced any. We were given the least desirable room that was next to all the air conditioner fans. No view and constant noise. There is no door between the bedroom and the sitting area. It was difficult to sleep if everyone didn't go to sleep at the same time. I couldn't turn on a light or the TV since it was like one big room. Housekeeping did not replace paper cups for the coffee machine. And the hotel is locked down (10pm or 11pm?). No staff was present. The last guest in my party arrived after the hotel was locked! We were unaware of this practice. Fortunately we were able to open the door to the hotel from the inside. On the plus side the hotel is located in a very desirable area of Omaha. I wouldn't book a room there again.

There was no door to the bedroom in the suite. The refrigerator had no power. There was not a crib when we arrived as promised.

The hotel was very new and well organized. The location and parking was wonderful!
