Trash was all over the floor in the hallway, walked into the room to see bugs all over the place and the room looked like it was never cleaned from the guest before. Walked back to the front desk and checked out. The employee was not at all surprised when I mentioned the bugs. Spent about 5 minutes there.

The front desk receptionist was super nice but when we went around the property there were piles of trash and old recliners along side the building. The building smelled when we entered. Our room had a broken lamp shade and the curtains had holes in there. It smelled super musty. We chose not to stay and the receptionist refunded us without question.
