Dec 23, 2018

There was no food service I sat in the seat that doesn’t recline because of where it was located the seats feel old and hardly any legroom the flight was great the people are nice took forever to get our luggage it arrived on time and we got there safe thank you really nice stuff

Dec 3, 2018

The overhead space as well as the space below the first class seats was much smaller - so much so that my VERY small carry-on barely fit in the overhead space. And then my computer bag barely fit under the seat. I couldn't believe that this was the case in first class seating - NO other airline has a problem like this. Unfortunate since I paid so much for the seat and expected to have sufficient space to easily fit my SMALL bags.
