When you first walk into the room you a greated with a strong musty smell that never leaves. Bed/ pillow (only give you one per person) was very uncomfortable

Worst exp. Ever...bed bugs and very dirty...will never come back..rude owner and staff..

All was ok until I discover very old blood on the mattress . Are this people conscientious about AIDS .

I arrived late and at first they gave a room with dirty sheet on bed after I asked them change my room the bed was ok but totaly still was not happy about room you can see my pic.

This is a dive. Non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes from the last guest who hot-boxed in the bathroom. Practically ON the freeway, the check-in takes place behind a glass counter with no voice holes to get through to the mumbling Indian lady at the front desk. Room very unclean: wrappers, pubes in the tub, someone else's pillow left behind. Threadbare towels that even the most destitute would leave behind and one-ply toilet paper that disintegrates before you can touch it. Just unpleasant and a total rip-off. No value at all. Should be $25/night maximum.

You can tell they tried to update the rooms but it's still in an awful part of town. They could spend more time clearing trash outside and changing filthy mattresses. Room stank like the devil and no amount of fragrance can cover that stench.

Checking in took longer than usual. There was no waters in the room and we had to purchase them in the lobby, no toilet paper. It was not a good experience. they really need to update the rooms and be nicer people. Close to the oracle which that is the reason we booked it but booking something better next time.

This property is a joke- location - price - everything really a miserable experience. Instead of $100 plus ...it should rent for $20 on a good day. Thanks Orbitz but I have never been more disappointed! Max

It was pleasant and close to the Coliseum. The place was nice and comfortable and quiet. Got a good night sleep.

Took a while to check in staff was really slow, and the next morning a domestic dispute happened in the room next to mine resulting in blood being all over the floor and the outside or the doors. While checking out I over heard the staff saying that some of the rooms had bed bugs. Luckily my room didn't have them.

The staff just want the same respect they give to their customers. I've been there like 4 times and they are always nice. The last time I went the manager was extremely rude. I asked why and he said that people were messing up their hotel. So I understood that. At the end of my stay I expressed my appreciation of their business. Sometimes people just need TLC.

The hotel is good, not the neighborhood. There is nothing closeby and it is not very safe to walk around in the evening or night. But you can always get a Uber and go somewhere, there are places within a mile or two.

I had to wait to check in because the staff was already busy arguing with another unhappy guest. Finally got checked in, not my initial reservation and they did not have any ADA rooms available. The room smelled HORRIBLE and very strongly, there was no toilet paper, one towel, no cups even for the bathroom. Had to wait 30 minutes after calling for toilet paper on my cell because there isn't even a phone in the room. I got 1 roll of paper and 1 towel which had a big hole in it! We left first thing in the morning and refused to come back. No one, even orbitz could get through to cancel the second night and when a manager did finally get through they were even rude to her! Avoid this place! It might look ok in the pictures but it's not.

I don't normally write reviews, but this was just not what I was expecting from the pictures online or info posted. WIFI was non existent except right outside the bullet proof window of reception. No tea or coffee making facilities (but did have a fridge and microwave though). Big curly hair under my pillow. Sketchy neighbourhood. Swimming has been filled in and turfed over it seems for quite some time. Extremely difficult to communicate with the Indian owners as language barrier may have been a problem, that coupled with the bullet proof glass didn't help. The younger son was nice though and tried his best to help. However, Never. Again.

Cheap little spot. You're getting what you pay for. Nice rooms, comfy bed. My friends and I just stayed for the night. it is in an industrial sketchy area but if you can get passed it this place is chill.

I stayed here two nights when I caught a few A's games, because of it's close proximity to the Coliseum and its price. While it is in a rough neighborhood, the hotel felt safe and it was clean and close to everything in the Bay. Minutes from Alameda and close to Jack London Square, it was a great visit for me. Bring your own shampoo and hair dryer though. There is a nice fridge in each room and the bathroom had been remodeled. I will return.

Nothing fancy. Cheapest place in the area. Cramped bathroom. Old furniture. Noise can be heard through the walls.

The staff barely speak English which makes it very hard to communicate with them; also the place, where the hotel at, is very dangerous.

THE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER BEEN IN!!!! There is not one positive thing I can say about this hotel Basically the only thing the room has an old bed and a old TV set with about 13-14 crappy channels No iron , no coat hanger , no working refrigerator NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING BUT..... Lot of bugs and cockroaches, mice ,crack heads and drug dealers making you sleepless the whole night while slamming their doors and very loud music and TV all night long ..,. And the worst part is the people who run this slum !!! They are very rude didn't even greet me when I get there plus she can't speak English very well and the only kind of ID this lady is familiar or have seen is a DL when I gave her my US PASSPORT she just kept on saying ID ID ID .... And when I got my first room and told her that there is long hair and cockroaches in my room and bed she yelled at me and said no change .. Tomorrow morning !!!! Then I had to yell back until another lady came and without apologizing or saying anything finally changed my room !!! Don't I mean it don't stay here there is nothing right and good about this hotel !!

The hotel management was horrible. They need a lesson in customer service etiquette. We were threaten to get kicked out of the hotel because we requested a different room. We made reservations for a non-smoking room but was given a room that someone obviously had smoked in. We told the manager/owner we wanted a different room, he told us if you don't like it we can leave. Not having another room reservation and it being 4th of July weekend we were forced to stay at this motel. The location was horrible. I would never stay here again nor recommend this place to anybody.
