I was told over the phone that I couldn’t check in before 3 without paying $20 for a cleaning fee. Went to front desk and asked if they had a 2 bed room ready for me to check in now. Front desk said yes, until I told him I’m already in the system for the room. All of a sudden it’s not ready. Besides that he tried to tell me it’s not ready. However the room we ended up getting the cleaning lady we saw ourself leave after cleaning it around 11:30am. So they lied about that. Also I had to pay an extra $5 just to park in their facility. This place isn’t worth the hassle.

I didn't like that no fast food restaurants delivered there.

The property was immaculately kept, with beautiful, well manicured roses and lilies surrounding the grounds. My only critique is that smoking is allowed, and the rooms are back to back, so our neighbor’s marijuana smoke smell was a bit strong in our room.

This place is a dump in a horrible location. Beds are old and provide "0" support, 10% of "normal" water flow out of the sink, waited at the front gate of the motel for 30 minutes to get back in after going to dinner, carpet is filthy, and the list goes on. This place should be considered "emergency" accommodations only.

Got there a day late due to a snow storm, however I had a reservation for a week. When I arrived in the parking lot CHP was behind it with two dead bodies covered up. Inside the Indian lady was acting like business as usual behind a bullet proof glass. She was immediately rude said she had no reservation and asked if I wanted a room or not. If I did I need to pay if not I needed to leave. I called orbitz and was able to get refunded all but the first day I missed. Don't go to this place. I didnt even see inside the rooms but can only imagine how terrible they were and if I needed anything I'm guessing asking the front desk was out of the question.

You tend to get what you pay for when staying anywhere for under $80. That's exactly what this was. If you're there just to sleep then you'll need to be a hard sleeper. The highway never quiets down because the building is located around a bunch of warehouses and the highway. There is no quiet time. The man at reception was EXTREMELEY slow and it took over 5 minutes to check-in to my pre-paid reservation. They definitely need a younger, faster person for the front desk, and judging by how close he kept putting himself to the screen and squinting, I'd say he either misplaced his glasses or needs a prescription for a pair. It started raining super hard by the time he finally finished so I had to move my bags up to the room in the downpour. Luckily I came with toiletries because there were no shampoos or soaps in the room. And only one towel for a reservation that was for two. Not going back. Probably good for roadtrippers or truckers looking for a break from the road, but not much else.

When you first walk into the room you a greated with a strong musty smell that never leaves. Bed/ pillow (only give you one per person) was very uncomfortable

Worst exp. Ever...bed bugs and very dirty...will never come back..rude owner and staff..

All was ok until I discover very old blood on the mattress . Are this people conscientious about AIDS .

I arrived late and at first they gave a room with dirty sheet on bed after I asked them change my room the bed was ok but totaly still was not happy about room you can see my pic.

This is a dive. Non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes from the last guest who hot-boxed in the bathroom. Practically ON the freeway, the check-in takes place behind a glass counter with no voice holes to get through to the mumbling Indian lady at the front desk. Room very unclean: wrappers, pubes in the tub, someone else's pillow left behind. Threadbare towels that even the most destitute would leave behind and one-ply toilet paper that disintegrates before you can touch it. Just unpleasant and a total rip-off. No value at all. Should be $25/night maximum.

You can tell they tried to update the rooms but it's still in an awful part of town. They could spend more time clearing trash outside and changing filthy mattresses. Room stank like the devil and no amount of fragrance can cover that stench.

Checking in took longer than usual. There was no waters in the room and we had to purchase them in the lobby, no toilet paper. It was not a good experience. they really need to update the rooms and be nicer people. Close to the oracle which that is the reason we booked it but booking something better next time.

This property is a joke- location - price - everything really a miserable experience. Instead of $100 plus ...it should rent for $20 on a good day. Thanks Orbitz but I have never been more disappointed! Max

It was pleasant and close to the Coliseum. The place was nice and comfortable and quiet. Got a good night sleep.

Took a while to check in staff was really slow, and the next morning a domestic dispute happened in the room next to mine resulting in blood being all over the floor and the outside or the doors. While checking out I over heard the staff saying that some of the rooms had bed bugs. Luckily my room didn't have them.

The staff just want the same respect they give to their customers. I've been there like 4 times and they are always nice. The last time I went the manager was extremely rude. I asked why and he said that people were messing up their hotel. So I understood that. At the end of my stay I expressed my appreciation of their business. Sometimes people just need TLC.

The hotel is good, not the neighborhood. There is nothing closeby and it is not very safe to walk around in the evening or night. But you can always get a Uber and go somewhere, there are places within a mile or two.
