Check in was poor.
I booked a suite. It had 2 beds and a pull out couch….all crammed in a tiny room. It wasn’t a suite. We stuffed 6 people in there uncomfortably

Nice place
Place was convenient to Boston, staff was friendly, good place to stay with your family. The one thing I can say is the rug requires cleaning.
I tried canceling 2 months in advance. They didn’t let me. I’ve spent thousands on Hyatt before. Never again.
Clean nice place
One of the top 3 places I have ever stayed. Great check-in, QUIET, clean. Great breakfast.
The lovely young lady who checked us in was kind and incredibly welcoming! The suite was spacious and breakfast was tasty.
