The room that we stayed in was looked outdated.

This is a great resort! Close to everything in town, yet feels like you are in your own little world once back on the grounds. The only hiccup was the self-parking area; a long walk to your room and the gates rarely worked.

The property was conveniently located. I think the property walkways were dirty.

The hotel was okay, more like a motel. Not your typical Hyatt Regency property. Great location thousand the pools were nice. Rooms pretty basic.

It was a great hotel for families.

Here’s the thing the hotel is older and needs to be renovated. They claim it’s a 4 star. Maybe years ago. Here are my issues. The pool was not very warm and the spa was closed much of the time. The TV remote needed to be replaced twice. The guide didn’t on the tv and it never was fixed. The toilet ran on and on. The beds were broken down and mold in the shower. Finally there were shards of glass in the carpet which stuck me in the bottom of my foot. Four days cost about 1k. We won’t be going back unless they completely renovate it.

This is a huge property! If you have issues walking distances, you will definitely need to valet, which is pricey - but it's the beach and that is normal. It is a very beautiful place, the restaurant is lovely, everything about our room and the property was relaxing. I definitely recommend it.

Very friendly staff. Okokokokokokokokokokokokokokookokokokokokookokokokokokokokokok

Great resort amenities, had an excellent time there and the surrounding area. I was only thrown off at the $30 self parking fee in the end (each night).

Best hotel in town the kids really like the pool it had a really great small slide the room was the best big and clean

Amenities are fantastic... location is a plus... great for families and couples... staff friendly and courteous

Nice property but a little dated. Good location and service was very good
