Recent two-night stay under pandemic conditions. While the hotel has seen some wear, property and amenities were clean. Pros: price, food, drinks and the outstanding staff. Could use improvement: temperature controls in the room (after a maintenance check, still couldn't get the room to cool). Overall, good experience with a super responsive staff and prices that you can't beat.

I liked the location. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was open for service. Unfortunately the negatives outweighed the positives. This is my second time staying at this location and the first time (about 2 years ago) was pretty great. This place has gone downhill since. The room just looked worn down. I found little crumbs of food on the carpet when I checked in and whenever I used the shower, there was an awful sewer smell that came from the drain and engulfed the entire room for the whole day. I was pretty excited that their restaurant was in service so I pretty much ordered almost one of everything. The food was pretty terrible. The Cajun pasta was watery at the bottom and just flavorless. I didn't even eat it. I let it in the fridge. The sliders tasted like there was no seasoning added to it before cooking so also flavorless. The wings were okay. You can get something better at wingstop for the same price that is way better. We were so disappointed with the other food that we left two whole meals in the fridge. The turkey sandwich I did not taste. - left in fridge. It was good for the short stay, but I will not be back to this location at least.

There was a noise issue the second night I was there. Another room was partying until 5 AM and woke me up repeatedly. I called the front desk to ask them to address it. The next morning, Maria told me she was going to give me a refund of 1/2 that night stay. I did not ask for one, so this was a peasant surprize. I received the refund this morning. I liked this hotel and based on the attention to my situation I would highly recommend staying here.

The rooms were amazing. I liked that it had a bath and a shower. It was spacious and very comfortable. I had difficulty with the elevator in the evening - it required you use your key to get the elevator going. Once I figured it out it worked well. Also, checking out at 6:15 but no one was a the front desk.

The humming noise all night did not let us get good sleep. As a platinum member expect to get a good room in the right location where the garbage truck does not wake us up at 4 AM.

The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that you'll want. e.g. sink, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, microwave, wifi internet, TV/cable, etc. One of the room we booked had a noisy furnace, that another had a thermostat that wouldn't allow get the room temp higher than 78.

Clean and welcoming.the beds are super comfortable. I slept like a baby!

I like the location. I didn’t like the receptionist area. It looks like it was a last minute decision. A very small desk area for a lobby. Too close to the doors, we might as well stand outside. I did however notice the courtesy dog food and water by the door. Nice. The heater in my rm was not working which left me, my husband and child cold for 3 nights. I thought to not make a fuss about it. Double check your thermostats to see if they are working properly. The in room coffee is weak. One thing I need is a strong cup of joe in the morning. A variety would be nice. The waiting area by the bar is actually nice to sit and lounge in. Very modern.

Quiet and very clean. Love this place. This is my second time staying here. Beds are super cozy.

Loved the spacious, modern rooms. Staff could have been more friendly or helpful. I didn't get offered my bonus points or breakfast voucher for skipping housekeeping. I did not get happy hour rates when I was at the bar during the aforementioned time, which was annoying.

We enjoy our stay, will be back.Rooms were very clean and nice.great staff.
