The London NYC

I was looking for a hotel for a girls-night-out for a nearby Comedy show. This hotel seemed to hit most our wishes and we will be back! I also got an incredible deal (used coupon), so made sense. We didn't park at the hotel (too expensive), but found a more affordable 24-hour parking nearby. Overall, very pleased - just amazing deal for the space/location/luxury. Yes, I have stayed in much much much more luxury hotels...but London NYC: - incredible price - a wonderful location (close to Central parks, great food, comedy club, etc) - nice contemporary design - huge luxury suite (it's Manhattan, everything is tiny); I really love the fact that it's a suite, that you are not confined to one room; especially convinient if there are 2 people - huge luxury bathroom with luxury shower - 2 TVs, open closet, tons of outlets (yes, that's important) - check-in at 3pm (most hotels do 4pm+) and checkout at 12pm (most hotels do 11am). I had no issues with exending late checkout to 1pm! Things I wished for (but can live without them): - puzzled how to turn on lights everywhere (took me some time to figure it out) - yep, mostly manual - just wish switches would take care of lights - coffee machine with coffee to brew

Exelent hotel exelent location most of the rooms are suites

I have stayed at numerous hotels in NYC and have finally found my home away from home. The staff are welcoming and the concierge and front desk were discreet and very helpful.

Great hotel within walking distance to Central Park and Columbus Circle. Hotel staff was extremely accommodating and let us do early check in at 9am instead of the standard 3pm. Lots of great food options in the area

Spacious, beautiful and very clean room. Modern decor.

Have stayed at the hotel a few times and every time is the same - great. The same goes for the London hotel in Los Angeles.

Very quiet. Good location. Room tv's were small in my opinion. Lamp in livingroom a bit annoying. I became tired of ducking to avoid hitting my head. Otherwise this is a nice hotel. You won't regret.

This hotel is in a great central location. Staff was very responsive to our requests.

Helpful staff, loved our stay! One our favorite hotels in New York!

Rude reception. Scant room amenities. Staff acts barely tolerant of guests. Inhospitable! What hotel doesn't serve coffee?

The London was very nice and the location was excellent. I got a great deal as they were having a "suite for the price of flat" promotion. I highly recommend.

Although still lovely, The London has lost a step. The elevators have loose parts inside and the furniture is showing its age. No robes in the room and staff seems inexperienced. All in all decent stay.

Hello, while upon arriving at check in, we went to our given room. It not the correct room I paid for, the room was old , scratched furniture , walls and floors.Very unkept. Quite disappointing for a Birthday / Graduation present. I called main desk . They would call back. After 20 minutes they called, said they would send someone up to get us and get us the correct room. My family sat in hallway waiting , no one came . After 45 minutes , I went to desk and got the keys myself. back to get my family. This took about two hours of family time out of our trip , so as you can see quite disappointing. It was a bad experience to be thought of as a fool.I knew what I ordered. And they tried to switch it.

Rooms very small for the money and I had a London suite $862 dollars very over priced,,would not stay again at those prices

LIked everything in room except couch.Thought it was uncomfortable . everything else was great. the staff from the curb to bthe room was great

Great location and unexpected value! Very nice rooms.

The hotel was great incredible location. Beautiful suite. Only disappointment was the Gordon Ramsay restaurant. Ridiculously overpriced, even by midtown standards.

Location puts you right in the heart of Manhattan. Walking distance to Broadway shows and shopping. Also plenty of food options.

The hotel is quite nice, but hard to understand why there is no seating in the lobby. I had someone meet me and there was no where to wait. It was a little awkward. The room was very nice, but the seating area was in need of a cleaning or update for the type of reputation the hotel warrants. As for the staff, they were very nice and helpful
