611 is so small that I have to go outside to change my mind. 606 is like staying at another hotel. Switched rooms after baking for two days with an air conditioner that did not work. Can't turn the heat off. Boiler boils the room.

The nous noise level in the hallways very prominent.

Great location across from Central Park, and I got a good rate. No coffee in room, but in the lobby.

Nothing caught my attention, if anything I I wished I would’ve booked somewhere else

Room had a view this time and was larger than before.

I don't usually write reviews on hotels I know I'm not spending much time in but unfortunately I really felt uncomfortable. The room felt extremely tight, uneven flooring; almost falling to the side every time I went to the bathroom or leaving the room. Found it puzzling why the heat wasn't working at night when I turned it on. We were even woken up late at night over a noise complain that we had nothing to do with. We even tried to get the mini fridge working to place our water bottles and other small drinks to cool down and it wasn't even working let alone unplugged to begin with. Even the internet they offered seemed to be having issues. I don't think this hotel was worth the price that it was offered and dont recommend even if it was for a short 1-3 day stay.

The people that worked there were super nice but the pictures are definitely deceiving. When I saw the photos and the star rating it didn’t make sense to me why this was a three star hotel, I thought maybe it had something to do with location. However, upon arriving I realized that the hotel was old, smelly, crammed, and the hallways especially looked like they were under construction. The elevator was sketchy and hasn’t been inspected since 2012. The carpet in the rooms was smelly and very dirty. Only thing good was that subway was very accessible and the hotel is right across from central park

The carpet was dated. Very few cable stations. No cnn msnbc espn weather channel. Very average.

The area is nice, but the hotel is very run down. The rooms are so small that it was hard to move around. The room was literally never cleaned, nor the AC filter because the air smelled bad. The first night it smelled like cigarette smoke and couldn’t sleep because of it. They moved us to another room, and this one had the bathtub clogged. It was just one thing after another. Pretty disappointing stay for sure.

The airconditioner and the mattress was in good condition.Bathroom was old and dirty .Elevator was too small .Extra charges

Professional courteous staff. Location excellent right across from Central Park and easy access to public transportation

Location was excellent- across the street from Central Park, and a super short walk to the subway! Size of the room is enough and amenities were just okay - I’m not in the city to stay in my hotel though, haha. So it sufficed! Private bathroom was great! WiFi was a little spotty, but that’s not a big deal for me. Was nice having a doorman to greet the guests as they entered. :)

Very neat, clean and close almost everything. The only thing is the space in rooms but excellent hotel!
