Ok stay. Friendly staff. The tv in our bedroom did not work and I asked for them to fix it or give me another room. Mark, the guy who was working at night told me he'd try to fix it or give me a partial refund. The last day of the stay they got the cable connection to work, but there weren't any stations available that were available to watch a show or movie. The channels that were available were all advertising or promotional channels. I go to sleep with the tv on, so this was an important part of booking a room. I asked the new night guy about it and he had no idea about the tv having an issue. Just seemed like communication wasn't great between staff or managers, however, very friendly to me and trying to get it fixed each time. They just never got it fixed for me to watch a movie or show. I also didn't get a partial refund like I was told either.
The property also said it had windows, which I wanted, but the rooms window were completely blocked by an air conditioning unit and if there were a fire, there would be no way to get out due to this.
The room I got was on the bottom floor (104) and that is a really place in the building to have a room. It's right by the street and you can hear everything happening, from people walking by to cars, etc. all hours of the day. Did not sleep super well. The room was also very small. It would be hard to have a full sized suitcase in the room to get stuff out of. Thankfully I only had a small carry on. 2 ft on side of bed.
