Great location but I’m not a fan of window AC units and my room / suite had 2 of them. Staff was great which made the experience better.

The hotel was beautifully updated, but simple and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back again.

Awesome place! Staff is incredible! Night ones Arlene and Wanda( I believe their names were) were awesome! Free Espresso and coffee in the morning was the bomb. Awesome sitting room to hang out in! Had a great stay. super convenient! we will be back!! <3 Thank You!

The staff were nice, all areas of hotel I saw were clean and the location was great. My room was small, but I was fine with that since I traveled alone. The only bad part was the room air conditioning unit that was so noisy, it was nearly impossible to sleep! I would recommend The Seton-but only if you’re a heavy sleeper!

This hotel is a dump, barely one step above a youth hostel.

Seton Hotel is a very run down and dirty place. Towels are 10 years old and feel like sand paper, bed cover (the top layer they dont wash for every guest) and mattress are lightly stained (5+ yrs), just gross. Walls are thin, I could hear people talk in the hallway and adjacent rooms at low volumes. Girl at front desk has an attitude. They dont have room keys like normal hotels, they have a physical key and ask you to leave it wirh the front desk when you leave the building to get coffee in case you lose it. No thank you, I dont do that. I knew this was going to be one of the fox-free zones (seton hotel refuses to provide fox news channel to its guests). You can do much better for what they are charging. Not recommended.

Good location in Manhattan but the beds are low-grade. Also, the decoration of premium room are old.

After hauling the luggage upstairs to the lobby you are given a metal key(never a good sign). Climb into a tiny elevator through a door. Once you get off the elevator your nostrils are filled with a steamy smell of urine from the shared bathrooms on the hall. My room, my oasis, red paint with a bed from a house of ill repute, slick carpets, and a bathroom befitting of this fine establishment I am hoping for no bed bugs, but I am not too worried because they have higher standards Oh, no closet or iron

It isn't often you see avhotel fornless than $300, much less <200 on Park Avenue. This looked best for a romantic night , slept great . No bar or restaurant in tow house hotel but same adjacent . The shared bath is a non issue as they provide bathrobes and slippers. We pack light, backpack only. It's small but pretty. Used for college visits .Everything close by bakeries , schools, trains .

By far the best choice for the price and location. My husband and I got an economy room where you share a bathroom with the floor which at first concerned me but after our visit,it was the perfect fit for our needs. We spent just a night, and the bathroom was always open. Never had to wait to get in. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable for me since I have a bad back, but rarely do I find any hotel bed that is super comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They were able to hold our luggage after checkout for a couple hours while we had an appointment to attend. The location is awesome! Its located within walking distance of Times Square,Grand Central Station, the U.N. building, Broadway and much more. I highly recommend this hotel and will be booking here again next time I go to NYC.

Very comfortable, quiet, and tastefully decorated room with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. A great value for the moderate price, close to everything.

Excited travel in NYC during 3N stayed at Seton..nearby cafe and resto ..included just 5minutes walk to grand central station

Nice hotel that is located at a convenient location, clean and tidy.

The hotel was located in a nice area of a walkable city, near Grand Central Station.
